Nice personal, everything was as described - parking, breakfast, etc. Nice clean room. Stayed there only for one day, but everything seemed fine |

Location was great. Smile of reception personell wiped out tiredness and all the bad mood. The staff was overall extremely helpful and polite. |

I am satisfied with everything. Food is very good, room was clean and comfortable, hotel staff is very kind. Although the hotel is a bit far away from the city center, connection by tram is perfect so this also is not a problem. Conection to the airport is also very good. |

wysoki standard pokoju w stosunku do ceny, bardzo dobre śniadanie, miła atmosfera i ładny wystrój restauracji Parking powinien być bezpłatny, płaci sie za pobyt w hotelu więc powinno być miejsce aby zostawic samochód bez dodatkowych opłat |

urozmaicone śniadania i smaczne poszczegolne potrawy, miła obsługa, dogodny dojazd, było czysto, uniwersalny wystrój wnętrz, cisza i spokój zaskoczyła mnie totalnie beznadziejna obsługa pracowników recepcji, którzy okazali się niekompetentni, nieuczciwi,zakłamani i nie myślący, w mojej ocenie najsłabsze ogniwo hotelu oprócz widoku z mojego okna na jakieś nieużytki i wetylatory |

Bardzo fajnie polozony hotel,czysto, w pelni wyposazony z fajnym zapleczem. Goraco polecam napewno jeszcze skorzystam z ich uslug. Jedyny minus to brak sterowania ogrzewaniem. |
