Price , Location as it was close to the exhibition Centre , clean , comfort You need to have a good bar with good space and attmosphere ( Music ) as I think your guest would love to have such an outlet as I consider it a lost revenue you could have it easly No Lobby , Enterance need to be more attractive and easy to access

Delicious food in Nova Restaurant, nice and comfy rooms, friendly staff. There was a problem with wired internet connection in my room. Also Wi-Fi was barely in the range so I had to go down and use Internet from the lobby.

The room was very clean, with a confortable bed. Nice bathroom and balcony. The socket for internet cable was far from the bed, so that you could not use the pc in a convenient way.

Breakfast was good. The Potato Festival was good. The Taxi fare to Warsaw Centrum was 22-24 Zloty (depending on the Drop off location - this is reasonable) for 6 trips. Then on the final trip to train station, in Warsaw Centrum the Taxi driver charged 36 Zloty. When asked why it cost so much more, a former English speaker could no longer speak English. The person at the main desk called this taxi for us. Therefore, because of this I am disappointed.

rooms were nice, parking available, reception fast lack of espresso or capucino for breakfast, poor service for breakfast - unkind waiter who did not bring fork or inform where tp find one. lack of english literacy with personell at breakfast.

We stayed only for 1 night in "Lux Double Room", I would say it is standard double room in 3* hotel, but overall it was very good: room is clean, complimentary water provided, private parking is available with security guy. No complains
