The Hotel served well as a base for my business trip and appeared to be quite busy for the 3 nights I stayed. It was also quiet and close to decent shopping complexes. Website states billiards and sauna - Redevelopment work meant that these were not available. The rooms, although clean, lack air-conditioning and with temperatures exceeding 25 degress celsius, sleeping was difficult. Breakfast was not the best - with no air-conditioning the doors were open which meant plenty of flies! Also the foods were sweating and inedible. I would only stay again if I could be sure that all work was finished and was advertised with all available amenities without having to arrive and find different. Also - Tyskie supposedly on draught and was only available in warm cans!

Breakfast was good. The Potato Festival was good. The Taxi fare to Warsaw Centrum was 22-24 Zloty (depending on the Drop off location - this is reasonable) for 6 trips. Then on the final trip to train station, in Warsaw Centrum the Taxi driver charged 36 Zloty. When asked why it cost so much more, a former English speaker could no longer speak English. The person at the main desk called this taxi for us. Therefore, because of this I am disappointed.

We stayed only for 1 night in "Lux Double Room", I would say it is standard double room in 3* hotel, but overall it was very good: room is clean, complimentary water provided, private parking is available with security guy. No complains

It was nice to have a rasonably priced place to spend a night in the middle of a car trip. It was very easy to find and access, it had good and safe parking and comfortable rooms. Rooms were a bit difficult to access, because of ongoing reconstruction.

Extensions for beds. 1) Breakfast is overpriced. 2) The staff was not able to enter the frequent flyer's card number for getting points (stating that they can enter only the BW =Best Western loyalty card number, nothing else), despite the Best Western hotel chain is an official partner of the programme.

The hotel is in a convenient location just over the River Vistula. It is both convenient for a holiday stay and for a city break. The rooms are very good, clean and well managed, and taxis are readily available for trips to the city and airport. We pre-booked and pre-paid for the taxi transfer to and from the airport and this worked out very well. We could recommend this hotel for it's convenience to the city, good transport links and cleanliness.

This was a clean comfortable bolt hole for my short business trip to Warsaw. Somewhat overpriced when location and standard of fixtures/fittings and facilities are taken into account compared to other hotels in this price range in Warsaw Location. In need of some refurbishment

Verry good hotel at that price.Far from city but there are excelent public transportation to the city. small shopping area close to hotel . Good velue for money. Car park is too expensive - 30 Zl Can park car outside 10 meters from gate for free. Not everyones use restaurant for beakfest- anoder 30 Zl 120 Zl for 4 person so hotel should privide a tee & cafee facilities in room.

Its good value for money. Internet connection. Location is quite poor, actually nothing near here, i hope they clean when they come your room not just put planket on your bed, i prefer that breakfast inc. room price bec i think 30plz its too much for that.

Access, had 10 steps to take luggage and no help from hotel staff, needs updating, hard to find and very hard to exit neighborhood to get to main road to centrum, restaurant pricy and beffet food was medicore.
