central location,nice surrounding area. no lift,parking too congested.bathroom and bedroom doors with semi-transparent glass windows and therefore, inconvenient for a family. we had to paste news papers on them. |

Good Location to Railway Station for access. Close to shopping centre and handy to Warsaw Old Town for sightseeing . Lack of Curtains on Windows. Net curtains by themselves inappropriate as had no privacy when lights were turned on. |

Excellent location at the Royal route, Comfortable and modern equiped rooms, very well noise insulated doors and windows. Rather light bedroom during the night, because the whole building is illuminated by floodlights. |

Excellent on all accounts! Perfect location, huge size, great price, laundry and amenities included. Would look to stay here again first! One of the best places I've stayed in Europe. Internet a bit slow. |

Very good location, very nice apartment even if it was one room apartment for 4 persons and 2 had to sleep at sofabed, but all was in excellent conditions. The only thing is that you have to talk with the stores under the apartaments as their music distrubs. |

The apartament was excellent, like my own home. Was just right in the heart of the old town in the main street. The bus 175 from the airport drop you off at the door. Easy to walk to all the most important places. I would be there next time for sure. |

Well occupied kitchen, very comfortable leaving room, really good location When we were to check out at 8am, the guy from the reception wasn't their even at 8:20am, though he asked us himself about the time when we will leave. We were lucky that we have prepaid for the hotel beforehand and had only to give back the keys. After 20 min of waiting we put the keys in the mail box and left. |

Excellent location, spacious rooms, kitchen has everything you can wish to make your own meals. Reception is hard (close to impossible) to find. But when you know it, it's easy — find the building shown on the photo, then walk into closest gateway from Nowy Świat street (you will see small sign with arrow and name of Royal Route Residence), walk through and turn right, look for logo. |

It was very spacious. Great location. Near good restaurants and shopping. There were enough things like towels. Very clean. -In the living room, it was too dark. There was a ceiling light and a floor lamp but it just wasn't enough lights for me. - I was quite furious with the guy that checked me in, because I thought we agreed that since I was checking in after their closing time, I needed to rush from the train station to there. Instead, he was late and I waited outside 20 minutes in the cold. He apologized though. |

Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet room, great choice of TV channels. Plenty of wardrobe space Difficult to find. Parking was full but street parking was free at the weekend so it worked out cheaper |

Location, comfort, facilities, cleanliness, helpful and polite staff There was no heating in the apartment while the outside temp was only about 8-9 c degrees. Torn leather on the surface of sittng chair. |

Ideale per la sua posizione. A meta' strada tra il centro storico e la parte nuova della citta'. Situato di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus. Un'autentica impresa trovare l'ingresso dell'hotel. Il terzo letto che avevamo prenotato si e' rivelato essere un divano, neanche troppo comodo. |

Vastaanottovirkailija erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Huoneisto erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Hotellin sijainti kaupungissa on eittäin hyvä ja keskeinen, mutta kuitenkaan mikään liikenteen melu yms. Ei häirinnyt. Vaikea löytää sisäänmenoa hotelliin, eli liian huomaamattomasti merkitty kun joutuu viereisen rakennuksen porttikongista kulkemaan takapihalle. Ovikello pitäis olla selvemmin mainittu kun tulee ensimmäisen kerran ulko- ovelle, että soita kelloa RECEPTIOONIIN!Hissin puuttuminen. |

Me ha gustado la situación en la que se encuentra el hotel, está muy céntrico y muy bien comunicado tanto con el resto de la ciudad como con el aeropuerto. No me ha gustado lo que ofrecen en el desayuno. |
