Royal Route Residence

Sijainti ja siisteys erittäin hyvä. Samoin huoneiston sisustus oli toimiva.

Aamupalaa ei voinut tilata vaikka se mainittiin netissä ja myös huoneiston pöydällä olevassa mainoksessa. Koko hotellin piti olla savuton, mutta käytävällä ainakin oli päällimmäisenä hajuna tupakan haju ja vastaan tuli ihmisiä tupakka suussa. Eli savuttomuutta ei kukaan kontrolloinut, se oli ainoastaan mainoskikka.

Vastaanottovirkailija erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Huoneisto erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Hotellin sijainti kaupungissa on eittäin hyvä ja keskeinen, mutta kuitenkaan mikään liikenteen melu yms. Ei häirinnyt.

Vaikea löytää sisäänmenoa hotelliin, eli liian huomaamattomasti merkitty kun joutuu viereisen rakennuksen porttikongista kulkemaan takapihalle. Ovikello pitäis olla selvemmin mainittu kun tulee ensimmäisen kerran ulko- ovelle, että soita kelloa RECEPTIOONIIN!Hissin puuttuminen.

The prime location (it's a two minute's walk from the main street and all the shops and restaurants). The apartment is very clean and thoughtfully equipped - it has everything u may need in this kind of accomodation.The staff was very friendly and most importantly - they checked us in despite the fact that it was 5 am (we of course had 2pay a fee of 15e but it was nothing in comparison with the perspective of wandering around Warsaw with suitcases till 14)

my friend asked to order a taxi for 4am for her since she had an early flight but there was none when she came out so she had to hail one.but it can be a taxi company fault, not receptionist's.

Good location, along a large commercial street, in the center. Appartment clean, good beds, all kitchen equipment included (large fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher...), bus stop in front of the hotel (line to/from the airport)

Young people made a lot of noise in the street on Friday night (but no noise on Saturday night...)

Excellent location! Surrounded by shops and cafes, and a short and enjoyable walk to the old town.

Our apartment had a very strange layout - you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other

central location,nice surrounding area.

no lift,parking too congested.bathroom and bedroom doors with semi-transparent glass windows and therefore, inconvenient for a family. we had to paste news papers on them.

Sleeping accommodation and wardrobes a bit tight for space

Excellent location at the Royal route, Comfortable and modern equiped rooms, very well noise insulated doors and windows.

Rather light bedroom during the night, because the whole building is illuminated by floodlights.

Very good location, very nice apartment even if it was one room apartment for 4 persons and 2 had to sleep at sofabed, but all was in excellent conditions.

The only thing is that you have to talk with the stores under the apartaments as their music distrubs.

When we were to check out at 8am, the guy from the reception wasn't their even at 8:20am, though he asked us himself about the time when we will leave. We were lucky that we have prepaid for the hotel beforehand and had only to give back the keys. After 20 min of waiting we put the keys in the mail box and left.

It was very spacious. Great location. Near good restaurants and shopping. There were enough things like towels. Very clean.

-In the living room, it was too dark. There was a ceiling light and a floor lamp but it just wasn't enough lights for me. - I was quite furious with the guy that checked me in, because I thought we agreed that since I was checking in after their closing time, I needed to rush from the train station to there. Instead, he was late and I waited outside 20 minutes in the cold. He apologized though.

Wyposażenie i komfort oraz intymność na wysokim poziomie.

W zasadzie nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Wszystko było tak jak się spodziewałąm a nawet lepiej.
