Very good food.

There is not even hot water to drink a cup of coffee in the morning, a water heater cost just Euro 20, and it will remain for years in the room.

Location

Lack of TV channels in English and also no leisure facilities.

Price.

It is a budget place. You will get budget service but I do not know if I should complain about it.

Conmvenience to the centre. Quality of the room. Helpful staff.

The shower attachment was faulty and had to be hand-held. This was the case onmy previous visit in another room. Following my checking out, I had to return about an hour later, due to unforseen circumstances and book another night. This was charged at a higher rate, not what I expected for repeat business.

Poor english knowledge of the stuff at the front desk was very surprising and inconvenient.

Reliable, good standard, comfortable rooms, good wifi, substantial breakfast, good value for the money, recommended for both 1 night and longer stay, well trained staff

A bit out of the city centre.

I ceratainly did not like the fact, that after very late arrival I was told by receptionist that there is no possibility to get any food in the hotel. Later on the room I read in your brochure that snacks and bevearadges are available at the reception.

Very unpleasent staff in the hofel. More than rude.

Nice hotel, no luxury but decent bed and linen and bathroom. If below 40 euro per night double surely recommended. If more expensive, seek alternative in better location.

Mstayed two nights and my room was not cleaned after the first night.

Nice hotel.. The breakfast was nice and so was the room..

Staff were very helpful . We are planning to return sometime next year and may be even more friends joining us .

I stayed 3 nights in Warsaw. This hotel has good prices, located in the suburb, 30mins from the center. Has nice, clean room on attractive price level.

scarsa pulizia delle camera; bagno piccolo e sporco; letto scomodo (materasso appoggiato in terra); buffet colazione con cibo molto scarso e bevande annacquate; 3 stelle assolutamente immeritate; prezzo troppo alto per qualità offerta; assolutamente non rispetta lo standard della catena Best Western.

Wykładzina w pokoju była makabrycznie brudna, pół nocy nie przespałem, bo czułem unoszący się w powietrzu kurz. Trzy gwiazdki w przypadku tego hotelu, to nieporozumienia.

Понравилось расположение отеля к остановкам общественного транспорта и близ стоящему центру торговли. Персонал отзывчив, и всячески пытался понять наши проблемы и решить их. Но справиться с внезапно напавшим чувством голода в 23 часа ночи не смог! :) В номерах и на этажах чисто, уютно, тихо. Мне даже понравилась Польша в целом, а Варшава - в частности! Отель - не маловажная деталь при оценивании места пребывания! Одной фразой - Рекомендую!

Завтрак - однообразный, но вкусный! Но на второе утро - не то уже ощущение. Но как же я пожалел о Варшавских завтраках в Праге!!! По истине - что имеешь не ценишь, а потерявши... Но это уже другая история! :)
