Hotel Rialto

Mir gefällt das Viertel in dem das Hotel sich befindet, die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, die Martratzen bequem, das Badezimmer geräumig. Der Zimmerservice ok, die rezeptionisten bis auf einen am 24. abends unfreundlich.

Der Service!! Und die Preisabmachung. Per Internet hatte wir ohne Frühstück gebucht für 1181 pln und bei unserer Ankunft am 23. meinte ein sehr unfreundlicher herr an der Rezeption auf englisch, wir hätten 1300 pln zu zahlen und das Frühst. Sei Pflicht!!! Wir erwähnten mehrere Male, wir wollten kein Frühst., Er widersprach vehement, wir gaben nach.Am Abreisetag war ein weiterer sehr unfreundlicher und arroganter herr da, der inzwischen den Preis auf über 1400 pln hochgesetzt hatte, mit zwei komplette Frühstücke - die wir nie wollten. Auch hier haben wir argumentiert, abe es war kein Entgegenkommen möglich. Im Gegenteil der Herr hat uns dann ein Taxi nach Wilanow gerufen, was 95 pln kostete , für den selben Rückweg haben wir 45 pln gezahlt..

Die Atmosphere, die Einrichtung

Nach 22.00 kann man da fast gar nichts essen. Roomservice Angebot ist aus dem Kühlschrank und begrenzt sich auf Sandwiches und fertigen Salat

Art Deco Einrichtung, sehr stylisch, gediegen, zentral, freundliche Rezeption und Top Bar (mit kompetentem Chef de Bar), freistehende Badewanne, Wellness Oase

I was suprised with the high standard the hotel provides in every category: staff, facilities, comfort, restaurant, etc. Great place to stay, I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

Good location for me (Near my office). Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Quiet.

My room was poorly lit. More lights (in the ceilings would be good) needed. Also, I personally think high-end hotels should throw in the Internet usage for free as part of the room price.

Although in the middle of the centre, this hotel is relatively quiet. As from the moment one enters the lobby, a special kind of charm overwhelms and keeps the visitor impressed during the complete stay. A very good alternative to the large multinational hotels in the area....

Beautiful and unique decor & style, excellent service. Even more than 5 star. Only 5 minutes walk from centre but away from the noise and bustle. Food excellent and very good/good value local restaurants also available.

High parking chartges (though street parking simple and much cheaper) and internet fees (though free access at cafe/restaurants less than a minutes walk).

The Art Deco decor throughout the hotel, including in the rooms and their furnishings, to the smallest details, is extraordinarily attractive and well-executed. There is a hushed, elegant ambiance about the hotel that is very appealing. The dining room is also first class.

Altho the Reception staff were generally helpful and friendly, there was one exception. The bed quality was just fair.

Proximity to attractions such as old town and shopping was good. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

A nice, small and peaceful boutique with walking distance from main railway station. Well equiped rooms, wooden floors, large bath rooms, CD/DVD and compact sauna&gym department in the 6th floor.

Breakfast was not included and is very expensive. On the other hand this is not a big problem, a lot of bars and shops close.

Elegance, beautiful room, excellent food in the restaurant. An example how an hotel in center of town should be.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff were excellent and all the facilities very good.

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Such a nice room; I would suggest it to everyone.
