Large comfort room. Very good breakfast - different kind of dishes. Friendly hotel staff. One Russian TV-channel is available. Good restaurant. Far from the Old Town (20-30 min by foot). Internet is expensive. |

Good breakfast, nice restaurant with very good food. Very expensive parking in hotel's garage - 80 PLN per day is far more than in other hotels of this category. In hotel's restaurant, when pulling the chair closer to the table, I found chewing gum stuck underneath the chair. |

not my 1st time in this hotel and I'll use again when I'll be in Warsaw because of it's location well served by public transports ( and few meters from a good sushi resturant) , gentle staff and most of all its outstanding breakfast there were some renovations at 3rd floor and it was noisy from 08.30 am: acceptable time for businessman but not for mediterranean people in holiday |

The breakfast was good, but it could have been even better. Nice with the jacuzzi and sauna. It was not far to city center, and there was a lot of buses and trams that passed just across the street. We booked 3 similar non-smoking rooms, but at first we got one smaller room and one room for smokers. But after complaining it was taken care of. |

The hotel was conveniently located near to the train station, with excellent facilities such as the restuarant and bars, fitness studios and also hair saoln. The staff were also very friendly and efficient. The most common thing many Europeans are no longer accustomed to is smoking in public places, such as bars and restuarants, which occured in the hotel. |

Clean rooms - all in all friendly service Make sure that you book a room to the back-side of the hotel as the hotel is situated at a major cross-roads with trams, trains and cars passing by...you will not be able to sleep otherwise. |
