The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant during our stay, we had booked for two nights but due to a bereavement had to cut short our stay and the staff upgraded our room for us free of charge.Due to an early start we opted for the room service breakfast which we can fully recommend. |

The help of the staff when my documents disapeared. Internet very expensive. Most corporate hotels already have it for free. There was no portuguese TV chanel in a country with a lot of portuguese investors that frequently use polish hotels |

Staff was more than helpful and hotel is located near bus line to the airport. Very expensive for what it has to offer. Not mentioned that you have to shell out for access to internet (this feature is free in most hotels in Poland). Room clean but not luxury. |

The staff was very friendly, helpful and the breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, however pillows were to hard for me. The hotel is quite far from downtown - altough the bus to downtown stops in front of the hotel - and there is nothing in the surroundings. The rooms and the hotel need refurbisment soon, wallpapers are dirty and the furniture style is from the eighties. At first sight it was disappointing...mainly that the hotel was promoted as one of the best hotel in Warsaw. |

Its location was great, near to tram and bus lines for shopping and airport. Very clean hotel and efficient staff. Food in the restaurant was excellent and great buffet choices for breakfast. Its internet rates were too high €7 per hour. |

Everthing o.k. Quiet location, at least for me which had room towards courtyard. Practical location w.r.t. communication by train and air. The area is somewhat boring and grey. |

Central location. Horribly expensive wifi in the reception/bar area. 20zl per hour is ridiculous, and not to offer some kind o 24hour solution for this is really bad. There is Internet via cable in the rooms - but for a business traveller you need long time access for meetings in the restaurant/bar. We took a taxi to another hotel and had our meetings there instead where the Internet was for free when purchasing something to drink. |
