It is awful- in the 21st century to have so bad Internet Wi-Fi signal in the room!It was necessary to go in the lobby in order to check mails.And the cleaning woman has come on Sunday at 8 o'clock in the morning for cleaning, though we have spent only 1 night from Saturday to Sunday. What for??? Can't you check at the reception if the room is already empty for cleaning??? During our trip we have stopped in 3 hotels and we were very disappointed that such things happen in Radisson....The parking for 80 pln is also very expensive for 1 night.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The nearest bus/tram stop is just next to the hotel. The city center is just two stops away and the old town is around 15 mins in Bus 175.

Just impossibly bad beds in twin room. And it was a business room. Those beds and blankets were so tiny we didn't sleep at all. This is so much worse than marriott and they ask same money for it, I dont get it.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Staff are friendly and extremely keen to help. Breakfast was very good, a large selection and a lot of tables so no waiting to be seated.

parking was a little expensive, and the reception on the tv wasnt stable so the picture was snowy and no channels for children.

Staff only Fair. Breakfast was included in the room rate. However, admission to the breakfast room was refused by the staff member on Saturday and Sunday. No problems Monday morning.

The room interior and shower were excellent

No air-con. Asked for a quiet room during the booking process in special requests. Got the noisiest room with no air-con working and could not open the window as it was like a battlefield/trams/buses/cars. Paid €205 per night for two nights = €410. They offered me a change of room on the last night at 10.30pm. Said they were trying to contact me all day which I didn't believe. They had my mobile and email address. I didn't receive any phone call or email. Breakfast was only ok. Tea and coffee stone cold. Fruit selection and cereal/bread was good. Got slight tummy upset on second morning from bacon/sausage. I would never stay in this hotel again. Sorry but that is my honest opinion. The room interior/bed and shower were excellent.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Staff was helpful. Location is great. Took the bus from the airport to the hotel. Room was very clean. For being located in the middle of the city there was no outside noise. Spa was very nice with very convenient hours. Breakfast was great.

I liked pretty much everything about Radisson Blue Sobieski hotel. It may not be the most appealing from the outside (all those colors, yuck!) but rooms compensated for it. Stuff was nice, we had a lot of privacy. It was fair priced. Will definitely come back in the future.

Cleaning service knocking at our door at 8 30 am on Sunday. Pricing for breakfast and parking is also ridiculous.

Had a 1 bedroom apartment which was spacious and nice clean.

no aircondition in the room - they could not switch it on at all. WVas really warm in the room. The only way was to open a window, but its very noisy from the streets.

Good communication with city center.

Room itself vas ok,bath wery clean, but in the room, vassome dust on top of items.

I have order a room with a doble bed,I get with 2 singles beds. I call ask to chance,and one of the staff come fast with a ned keycard. But the keycard dosent work. I come again,when shall chance room,the still have 2 single beds. I get a room no 3,this vas ok. And the cleaning girl vas running after me,with my mouse for Laptop,i forget. This vas very kind of she.

The hotel is totally new. It has stylish and fresh design. Comfortable rooms. Big underground parking. Don't get lost )

It was far from city center but very close to railway station.

The location is pretty good, within walking distance to railway station, Palace of science and culture and Golden terraces mall. Room we stayed in was spacious and well equipped.

Breakfast is NOT good value of money. There are a few places near by to have a breakfast or dinner. (Cafe du Monte for breakfast and restaurant Kredens for dinner) Staff could be more friendly. Looked a bit cold.The reaction to fix something in the room was slow.

The hotel is simply perfect! Don't be concerned about the location, you can get anywhere by train, bus or city train quite swiftly

Would have been better not to have had any issues. We booked a suite but the one we were given was not renovated, had no Wifi , coffee machine etc. As soon as I complained we were moved to a beautiful suite 516. Shame we were not given this in the first place as the hotel was not busy.

What a location...5 mins from station.....a bus from the doorstep taking you to old town....loads of eateries around to grab a quick bite....room was fantastic ....
