I stayed in hotel two nights, I was in Warsaw on bussines meeting with collegues from Poland and England. I enjoyed with excellent breakfest - many choises of fruits and salads. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was possible to use tram, bus or taxi and walking around too. When we wanted to collect our luggage before leaving the hotel, we have to wait so much for our baggage. The man who was responsible for luggage disapeared. We were in a hurry and so we were little bit nervous and disapointed. |

Great and very friendly staff, a big number of facilities in the hotel, wide choice at breakfast, very cozy hotel lobby and rooms, good transport infrastructure at the hotel's location, fantastic ratio of price vs. quality. The hotel is a bit away from the old town, yet for business the location is good. Internet should become free of charge, more sockets shall be available in the room. |

Helpful and efficient staff, excellent breakfast buffet, central location with easy access to transport links. Excellent English spoken for those we need it. We had a room on the inner side overlooking the garden and that was very quiet given the Hotel's location. Note there is no stair access to the rooms, so you need to use the lift. No kettle or tea/coffee provided in rooms. TV a bit antiquated. No channels for British people (CNN does not count in my view!) It would have been nice to have a BBC world news or SKY news. |

City centre location with easy access to Central Railway Station and the 175 bus stop for the Airport stopped right outside the hotel - very convenient! The first floor garden was lovely, peaceful and quiet. smoking in the restaurant - surely its time this stopped everywhere in the hotel! |

Quality of the Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean. Fitness room was also clean and quite well equipped. My room was facing the main street, and it was quite noisy whole night with both police and amburance car. Hotel staff informed me that I could buy tram ticket from the driver, but it was not possible. Can it be only my case ? |

Jan Sobieski Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Warsaw with an attentive and helpful staff. Of particular enjoyment is the hearty breakfast served every day to start a tourists day off right!! |

Friendly staff, central location, good atmosphere, free and easy internet connection Cramped room - smokers room - no air fresheners used. Open window turns off heater. Street side room traffic noise with too many unnecessary police and ambulance sirens even on 7th floor. Lower rooms must be a nightmare from 5.30 am onwards. No nearby supermarket. No kettle and tea coffee makings (2009?) |

hotel was clean, staff were friendly. food, which was available till very late - and therefore suited us perfectly - was good and there was also a late bar. a great range of foods at breakfast. some staff were grumpy, especially at breakfast. rooms on the main street tended to be a bit noisy - traffic. car parkunder hotel was often crowded, with many ignorant drivers taking up two spaces! |
