The hotel was in a great location, within a few minutes of Castle Wawel, main square and 10mins of the Jewish Quarter. The staff were fantastic. When we booked, we noted that we had a baby. When we arrived, our room had a cot already made up (you normally have to ask other hotels for cots). The room was very large, it had separate sitting and bedrooms. Due to an accident and being rushed to hospital, our pram was left at the Salt Mine. The staff called the mine after it had shut and arranged for the pram to be dropped off at the hotel by taxi. The service could not be better. |

The room 314 was on the top floor and was a beautiful room which was very well laid out. The double bed was in fact two single beds drawn together and spoiled a beautiful room with lots of room King or Queen size bed would be more appropriate for this room size. Pillows were very small and more like cushions. |

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff, in great location Two things I did not like: - lack of comfortable chair in room - internet access (connection was good, but the vpn did not work) |

The location. Safe deposit box. Breakfast service was sub par. Tables were often not clean or set up for new dinners. Running short of food and glasses for juices. |

The spa was lovely and luxurious as well as being very cheap. The room was huge and some of the corridor walls were painted with things like Wawel Castle, the dragon etc. The location was perfect for us- very central but on a quiet street. |

Lovely hotel in the perfect location just around the corner from the main square in Krakow and two blocks away from the castle. Clean, contemporary and comfortable. It's also located right next to the best local restaurants. Very helpful staff - on the last day our flight left before breakfast so the hotel offered to provide free of charge lunch boxes with sandwiches, bottled water, cheese and fruit. We loved our stay. |

Excellent location near the square and many restaurants. Hotel was very comfortable and clean and room was a good size. An easy walk from the bus and train stations. Bacon, egg and coffee were cold at breakfast. |

The hotel and my room surpassed my expectations in terms of cleanliness, decor, quick response of staff to minor problem in room, quality of bathroom fittings and styling of room (I was in a recently refurbed single room). I was in a single but it was a large single room with a 4 foot bed. Elegant common areas. Very convenient location just 2 mins walk from main square. |

The hotel staff were friendly, the food excellent and the hotel is close to major attractions. It would be beneficial to have tea and coffee making facilities in your rooms. |

The Hotel Wawel is an old hotel undergoing major reconstruction. The rooms were fabulous with nice furniture and decoration. There is an indoor seating area which is very relaxing, a restaurant and a wellness centre. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast substantial. It is located just a few minutes from the main square. I had a very comfortable two nights there. There staff were extremely helpful the next morning when I had to leave early to catch a flight. It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities. |

The hotel was charming and in a perfect position. Our room was recently refurbished and very clean. The staff were helpful. The towels supplied were old and hard - you tend to expect soft towels when you stay at a hotel! No tea and coffee making facilities. |

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to all the attractions and shopping areas.I particularly liked the free water in the room, which was replaced daily, although I would have preferred still water instead of sparkling. I thought the choice for breakfast was fairly limited and would have liked to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The other thing was I was given a twin non smoking room when I had booked a double smoking one. |

Hotel Wawel was excellent. It is barely a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Town Square ( Rynek). It is ideally located in a very quiet street off pedestrianised Grodzka. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was well furnished and decorated and, in addition to a large comfortable bed, there was a separate lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV. The bathroom was top quality. |

The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and the hotel was close to everything. It was in a nice quiet street. Would have liked a double bed instead of 2 single beds pushed together. |
