The hotel has great location and rooms are more than comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom have a great design, we felt ourselves as at home. Although we arrived at 7 am it was possible to use the room what was very pleasant. The hotel is located very close to all city's points of interest, so we definitely will stay there again.

Central location for the sights of Krakow, and in a quiet street, so no traffic noise. Useful to have a deposit room for the suitcase, as my return flight did not leave until evening.

The comfort and the location. For the price of the room that is super expensive for Poland, I expect a free use of the jacuzzi and steam room.

It is a well laid out hotel and from the very beginning the reception staff were excellent and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent value for money. We would certainly stay at Hotel Wawel when we return to Krakow.

The hotel was very conveniently situated being a short 5 mins walk to the main square. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel facilities were very good and our room was very spacious, well-decorated and very clean. A good selection of different items were available for breakfast. Would definitely go back to this hotel again and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

The staff were very helpful. My room was very comfortable and beautifully designed. The location was excellent - a short walk to the main street of the old town and the Castle. The only drawback to my room was that it was on the 4th floor and the elevator ended on the third floor. The staff very helpfully carried my suitcase up to the fourth floor and down when I left.

Hotel is beutiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is perfect to discover the old town. Main square is about 5 min, Wavel is only about 8 min! Spa is really enjoyable and relaxing. We asked for twin bed but we've got double bed. It wasn't comfortable.

People are friently and quick to help. breakfast bar is good and there is the option to have dinner in the same restaurant. The WiFi is fast but the signal might not be good in the room. There is an ethernet connection as an alternative. Good internet speed. Hotel is quiet and not too far (5' walk) from main square. Corleone is just opposite, strongly recommended as is Mieta diagonally across the square (15-20' walk).

Excellent location for sightseeing, restaurants, cafes and bars.Close to train station and in easy location for trip pick ups. Beds were quite uncomfortable as two singles put together even though a double was ordered. Could do with coffee making facility. Other than that all was fine

Very helpful beforehand with prompt replies to emails about transfers, tours and taxis. Quiet hotel. Location is perfect and rooms faultless. Did not try the spa. Buffet breakfast was cold meats/ fried sausage. A cooked breakfast including fried eggs or omelettes would be the icing on the cake.

My daughter and I spent 6 nights at Hotel Wawel - the location was excellent - very close to the main square - but in a quiet street. Lovely older style hotel with excellent staff - especially 1 young woman (I didn't get her name) she was extremely helpful, friendly and very pleasant. Offered valuable information without being asked. If I ever had the opportunity to go back to Krakow - I would definatley stay there again.

The staff were really friendly & helpful. Our room was large & perfectly clean. We thought that the breakfast selection was very good. The hotel itself is really pretty & in a great location, just off the main square. We got a massage from the spa, which they do in the room. We'd definately go back.
