Amazing location staff could not be more helpful and always going extra mile to help explain or suggest something up might enjoy
Jacuzzi didn't work but that was down to broken piping ssystem no one's fault really
Excellent location in the old town. Very nicely decorated rooms. High quality. Good value. Nice staff.
Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent location and comfortable rooms.
Hotel is perfectly situated in town. Friendly staff, clean, modern, excellent steam room & jacuzzi
Central location on a lovely quiet street with decent restaurants nearby. Room was clean.
Room was very small, nowhere to chill out either in room or in lobby. There was a room on first floor that we found by accident but furniture not comfortable to sit & read there. The Spa looked great on the website which is one reason why we booked this hotel, but it was not available while we were there.
Bed was a bit hard
Brilliant location, spotless and the comfiest beds ever. Would definitely recommend.
Staff, location and breakfast
Beds! A double is simply two singles pushed together with separate duvets. Not that comfortable!
Location was the best one could wish for. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. Free coffee/tea/chocklate machine was special. When we arrived we were told the wellness facilities were not working and I expressed my disappointment because I ike to use these when staying at a hotel. To their credit, the systyem was repaired and we were given a free pass.
Wellness facilities broken when we got there. They did redeem their credit by giving us a free pass when repairs were done.
Right in the middle of town, everything in walking distance. Very comfortable rooms and great Breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will come back.
Hotel was clean, Breakfast was goed, personel was goed, location was good
Wellness was out of order during our whole stay, we stil paid the full price. Small room.
Great location near the square.
Friendly staff, good food, comfortable, up to date lodging. I feared capitalism might destroy Krakow, but it's just as magical as ever.
That I had forgotten so much polish in 30 years.
Well-maintained, modern facilities and helpful staff. I transferred to Hotel Wawel after three nights in a hotel run by a chain: the family atmosphere and charm of the Wawel were far better.
I found the pillows on the bed rather too plump! I would have liked one to be a bit flatter.
Clean room and good choice for breakfast
Having to leave
The free coffee making facilities and also you could get wellness centre booked privately for yourself.
Ideal location in a quiet side street with restaurants very close (but you need to book at Corse on a Sunday evening) and just a few minutes' walk from the centre. The management left a bottle of wine for us when they heard it was my husband's birthday.
You have to pay to go in the spa, which I don't think was mentioned in the hotel information. We went down with our towels and were disappointed to find this out as mostly this is part of the normal price.
Quiet, good location. Late checkout
Waterered down juices at breakfast.
There is a really friendly atmosphere from the moment you enter the hotel. The floors are tiled in the reception hall and stairs, which looked really smart and clean. Room doors are all key cards which I prefer so I'm not carrying keys about. The decor in the orangery, stairwells and restaurant is beautiful. A free tea/coffee machine for all guests in the orangery situated on the first floor and water cooler was great. This made up for no tea making facilities in each room as did the ironing room on the first floor. Bottles of distilled water were in room to drink each night. The concierge was helpful. I forgot my travel adapter and one was produced one for me. Directions were given and tours were discussed and taxis arranged. The situation of the hotel is outstanding. Short walk to the main square on the right or to the left Wawel castle. It is also close to many other restaurants and shops. The restaurant was very nice and the quality of the food was very good. I only ate traditional Polish dishes and was recommend what to eat by the waitress who was helpful. The jacuzzi and steam room were extremely well finished rooms. If you want to use either there is a separate charge and you need to book in advance before using and decide which one you want to go to for 30 or 60 minutes.
Beautiful room, great bathroom, lots of space Very welcoming and helpful staff. We had a problem with the card and they helped. Perfect location for a city trip
Empty fridge (?) No lift to top floor
everything, staff friendly, polite and helpful. very very clean. room great bed comfy, great bathroom with shower. lovely outside sitting area. so close to the Centre Square where it all happens, and also so quiet at night. no problem with sleep. definitely we'd return to this hotel again.
There was no bar, but in fairness it was a small hotel, but we missed the comfort of flopping down on comfy sofas with G&Ts at the end of the day. there was an area withWifi and tables and chairs, but not geared for comfort. Comfy lounge called for ASAP;!!!!!
Excellent Location. Well maintained and cleaned bathrooms. Good air conditioning and very quiet room.
Most of the front-desk staff are clearly unexperienced and couldn't provide really good tips on attractions, restaurants etc. There's been an issue with booking a massage as well. However they were willing to help nonetheless. The Spa consists of two rooms only (a steam bath and a Jacuzzi). Both must be booked in advance, must be paid separately and are for private use (not mentioned here). Our double bed (we booked an apartment on the 2nd floor) was uncomfortable because consisted of two single beds put together. The moquette needs to be cleaned deeply. Our used glasses were never changed during our stay. Breakfast was essential. Overall overpriced for what you get I'd say.
I'm staying in this hotel every time when come to Krakow and every time enjoy my staying. Great location, friendly staff, cozy and elegant rooms. Highly recommend!
Excellent Restaurant with authentic Polish and French food. Owners and staff very hands on and enthusiastic. Hotel staff ( Than you Joanna and Tomek, who were excellent and went out of their way to help when we had a problem ) Rooms were excellent Clean and tidy, excellent location 5 minutes walk from the square, but off a quiet side street. Breakfasts were very good. Being a small hotel it was relatively quiet and not rush rush rush with lots of people milling around Overall top value.
Not a problem for us but the lift only went up 2 floors and might be a problem for older guests or people with disabilities. Computer on the 2nd floor did not work very well ( Minor issue easily fixable)
