Noisy, unsatisfactory breakfast, no sound insulation between rooms, no proper restaurant or bar services. The room price versus the quality is not in place. |

I booked 3 rooms but it seems that the reception booked only 1 room. A few reception people can't speak English, difficult to communicate. Spa was not avaiable in winter season, we can use only Sauna but the cost was the same, 50zl/hour. The room is not clean, and my friend families had to use "common bath room" with thier next room. The cost is not cheap. |

Jugendliche und studentische Atmosphäre Das leitende personal sprach provokativ nur polnisch,nicht englisch oder deutsch,Abrechnung in polnischer Währung erfolgte gegen zusätzliche nicht nachvollziehbare Gebühren,alle unsere sonstigen Unterkünfte (in Breslau,Krakau,Kowary) werden bei gleicher Preislage günstiger -positiv- beurteilt. |

Weinig Het hotel is sober, heeft weinig luxe en een zeer beperkt ontbijt.De bediening spreekt nauwelijks of niet duits of engels. Alles wat je funktioneel mag verwachten is aanwezig en daar houdt het ook mee op. |

A total disaster; not only are the standards of the hotel poor (old and unmaintained building, no lift..), but also the price of the room via booking was 80% higher than the price shown at reception.. A total rip off.. |
