Very good location - close and convenient for all sightseeing. The room, although small, fulfilled all my needs. I was disappointed by the quality and range of food available for breakfasts |

Staff very friendly, rooms very nice and clean, near to the historical attracions of the Market Square and Barbican. Very good transport. Hotel not have any facilities like Lobby and Bar when you can relax.Quite noisy during the night if your room facing the street. |

The 2 young gentlemen on the reception were really friendly, polite and helpful. Their manner made me feel, as a young, single female traveller, very comfortable and welcome at Hotel Wielopole. It is a nice, small (but not too small), comfortable hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well air conditioned. There was a lot of helpful information in the room and at the reception. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choice. Excellent location - 5 minutes walking (max) from the main square and 10-15 minutes walking to the train station. I think it is a lovely hotel but a bit expensive for a single traveller. |

When I asked for the final bill, I was given a hand written slip of paper with a figure on it. This turned out to be an overcharge of about £80. THey should have a proper, itemised bill system |

It was convenient for the city centre, clean, attratively furnished with very helpful staff. My friend and I liked the facilities for making drinks in the lobby and the cafe in the basement. We will definitely recommend friends to stay in the hotel. Saturday and Monday nights were interrupted by noisy people walking along the street during the night. The noise from their conversation seemed to travel upwards to our 6th floor room very easily. we will ask for a room at the back of the hotel in future. |

The reception staff were excellent (friendly, helpful and informative). Printed information was good with city maps and guides freely available. Breakfasts were good and filling with hot and cold options - just right for a long day's sightseeing. The mattresses in the single occupancy rooms were of a basic, although adequate, level, more suitable, perhaps, for a short stay and the younger guest. |

Great location. Clean room. . The woman at the desk was quite cool as we checked in. Granted, we had walked with luggage and were tired and didn't look our best. I did not feel very welcome. |

Excellent locatiuon just a 15 minute walk from station (with link to airport). (If walking > leave station piazza and enter underpass under road junction. Then follow path through parkland with Westerplatte on your left. After short cobbled section, take next path left and cross pedestrain crossing and the next crossing. Pass bike hire rack and hotel is just a few metres further up the street). |

Good location. Very central. The room was terribly cold. The AC only worked for cold temperatures and not to warm up the room. Even the towel dryer didn't worked. Impossible to have a warm room! The staff could be more interested on making the guests more comfortable. |
