The staff was very accommodating. Flexible on early check-in. My friend was not feeling well and they gave us medicine. Looked for different tour alternatives to accommodate our schedule. Good breakfast selection.

Traffic! However, the hotel did it's best to help that situation with good instructions and reserved parking nearby.

The room was very spacious with added extras what reflected their appreciation of our patronage - such as homemade cookies in the lobby.

No, they were very obliging and friendly with excellent breakfasts.

The position from the centre of the main market square. Free internet in room. Spotlessly clean. Helpful, friendly Manager. Little gift at the end of our stay.Kettle, Tea and Coffee facilities in room. Good air conditioning and heating unit. heated towel rail in bathroom. excellent shower

Bed could be a bit larger. Bottled water could be provided every day not just on first day. It would have been nice to have had a mini bar and fridge, also more milk, two little cartons were not enough and we were always having to ask for more. Restaurant menu could have been a little bit more extensive

Helpful staff, clean, modern, stylish interiors, excellent breakfast.

The curtains in the room needed to be lined: it was not possible to darken the room. Teabags and milk were not replenished, and we had to ask for a kettle.

The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there.

reception staff were friendly . The hotel has been recently renovated, so all facilities are in excellent condition. Staff spoke English. Location is very convenient to station and Old town
