Staff were so courteous, helpfull and friendly
Perfect location, Very nice staff, comfortable and silent room
The staff at this hotel are the best I have come across. They organised everything for us and their choice of restaurants was 1st class.
Location is excellent, staff was very helpful and friendly.
Reception staff very kind and helpful. Comfortable bed. Good proximity to the Old Town.
Very good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
Wifi a bit patchy in bedroom
This is a smashing little hotel right by the main post office and trams, within a short walking distance of the main square. The staff were without exception, friendly, helpful and as charming as we have always found the Poles to be. One of our party had never visited Poland before and gave the city and the hotel the most fulsome praise. He will definitely go again!
Breakfast was a bit mean-spirited and unimaginative.
Everything - Value, Cleanliness, Staff politeness and helpfulness, Location, And above all It is what it says 5* Hotel We will return
The staff were pleasant and efficient. Pre-booked transfer from airport to hotel failed to show but to our delight we got a decanter of blackcurrant vodka delivered to our room by way of apology. On our part it wasn't a big deal as we grabbed an airport cab, but it was a nice gesture for the hotel to do. Good bathroom and shower. Quiet street so no noise at night. We had a double bed but it came with 2 separate duvets which I love!
Breakfast buffet was a tad stale and staff constantly stirred old mayo etc. I quite like a continental breakfast but the cheeses and cold ham selection had brown curled edges. Coffee was not good. Hot food was quite tasty but not replenished quickly enough.
everything about this hotel is top rate location ideal, comfort and cleanliness of room very good. the staff are among the best i have ever encountered.
Location Female staff on reception and at the breakfast very very friendly Bar (same room as the breakfast) was nice but closed early
Poor attitude from the guy on reception when we had a problem with our room. Room promised was 3 single beds but we arrived and had 2 single beds and one sofa bed. This was a specific point when booking and it did confirm 3 single beds. The reception guy tried to say the sofa bed was a single bed.He was the only person who let down the staff at this hotel, very poor attitude.
Loved this hotel and have no negative comments to make. Excellent value for money
The staff were always willing to help and prepared for questions regarding the city. The hotel location was perfect and the conditions in the hotel were excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
very clean comfortable room with all we needed. bathroom was spotless with a good size shower. great little balcony. friendly helpful staff. excellent location for my first visit. would stay again.
hot breakfast could have a bit more selection. although cold selection was good.
Awesome staff, perfect location, very clean and very cozy!!!
Very helpful well informed staff, clean, quiet, good location and value for money.
Found bed too soft, pillows small and square causing head to roll off in sleep.
Very clean and the rooms were spotless. All the staff were always available and very friendly.
No English TV channels.
- great location near the city center - very good breakfast - nice staff
Excellent, english speaking and very helpfull personnel. Perfect location, few minutes from the city center.
only point of criticism: the street-side rooms are very noisy. Krakow is a lively town so expect street noise late at night and also again early in the morning
Superb staff, helpful and well informed, always happy to engage in a chat and provide information. Surprisingly good choice of breakfast buffet, and excellent (vegan) lunch & dinner menu (and I am not even a vegetarian let alone vegan). Coffee and tea in the room were appreciated. Good location - if you want to see the old town, you can't get much closer.
Probably the main issue is the size of the single and double rooms - but that cannot be fixed. If you like bigger rooms the Holiday Inn is opposite, or rent an apartment. The air conditioning goes into a standby mode between 10pm and 6am, so on a hot night it is easier to open a window (which I did). These do not detract from the good things about the hotel. I would stay there again.
Location, Staff and attached Vegetarian Restaurant with amazing food.
The wifi was almost useless.
Located 400 meters from Old Town Sq. and 800 meters from the Jewish Quarter on one-way street (with no tram line - so relatively quiet)
Breakfast is adequate but could be improved.
Staff were very helpful and food was great at breakfast.
Everything was ok
