Cleanliness and location, staff helpful and welcoming.
Room small, breakfast basic, dining room too small.
Lovely staff, free apples, excellent information changed daily about what to see and any particular events or recommendations - and excellent location - a block away from the buzzy centre, convenient for everywhere.
wifi seemed a bit slow (maybe not connected?) later in the evening when we got back from eating out, but it was fine in the morning.
Clean, great location big spacious room helpful and friendly staff
Hot breakfast very poor
Location is excellent - 5mins easy walk to the Main Square, 15 mins or so to Wawel Castle. Hotel arranged transfers from and to airport (80 PLN - £1= 5PLN)) and trip to Salt Mine (280 PLN for two) both of which were very efficient. Nice breakfast. Lovely large room (304) with fridge and kettle, and complimentary bottles of water each day and a little decanter of Polish Vodka! All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent value
The way the reception staff was helpful and got out of its way to assist the guests.
The breakfast room is too small - especially when groups are in the hotel.
Staff tried to understand my broken Polish and helped in English.
We particularly found the staff to be very helpful and full of great recommendations. They were outstanding. The location of the hotel was excellent. Bathrooms were up to date and very clean.
Located in the very center of Krakow, walking distance to everywhere. Lovely service. Do not ask to pay you in advance (rare for Poland). Good Wi-fi.
Room is rather small. Bed was too soft. Parking is expensive.
The reception staff were excellent and could not do enough for you
The staff serving breakfast were not very friendly and could do with learning how to smile at customers
Staff is helpful I had a silent room as requested with a large bed Good breakfeast
No bath (only shower) Bad light and no view for a Superior room ! what should be the conditions for a standard room ...
Hotel was in great location to Stare Miasto and Wawel castle.Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was adequate but could have had a bit more choice eg:fresh fruit salad, croissants.
Location, friendliness and efficiency of staff
Rooms rather small
Excellent location, friendly staff, convenient price, good breakfast - all in all a memorable experience!
i thought the staff so helpful and speak perfect english - the hotel is small and friendly - perfectly located for walking to the market square
no shower gel in bathroom
Easy to find. close to old town. Staff on front desk happy, helpful, informative. Lovely big room. Reasonably quiet. Added extras ie cherry vodka and chocolates for my birthday
Complimentary free tea and coffee day one only
Extremely nice and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds, quite room and fast wifi.
Breakfast OK but somewhat limite - no dark bred for instance.
5 mins from main square, very quiet at night.loads of restaurants with in the area.would stay again and a great breakfast for all tastes
Nothing bad to say?
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wielepole. It has an excellent location, close to the old town. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially both Katarzyna's at the Kasia, Paulina, Monika and Piotr. All staff were positive, helpful and very kind. We would be happy to stay at Hotel Wielepole again. Dave and Cynthia Rosengren USA
The WiFi was a bit spotty and uncertain.
The staff are so helpful and the location is excellent.
the new beds are extremly comfortable.rooms very clean and tidy. shower was good, breakfeast was also good. saff very good.
not enough coffee and milk for 2 days. extra pillows would be good.
would stay there again. good area for eating out, it's like staying in the west end of London.but for a fraction of the price.
too small room poor service
Room clean. Staff Friendly. Location good.
parking does not exist other than Holiday Inn across the street. Breakfast was poor and coffee was burnt, juice was watery. Street noise was a problem.
Fantastic reception staff. Rooms clean and bathroom etc. clean. Lovely hot water in bathroom. Breakfast adequate but a bit similar each day
Bit mean with toiletries.
