Fantastic reception staff. Rooms clean and bathroom etc. clean. Lovely hot water in bathroom. Breakfast adequate but a bit similar each day
Bit mean with toiletries.
Situated just 5 minutes walk from the Old Main Square Staff were friendly and informative Tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Good facilities, friendly and efficient staff and excellent vegetarian restaurant.
Nothing, everything was positive.
Location, staff,cleanliness, WiFi,breakfast
Bar closes to early, restaurant vegetarian only
From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly polite, helpful and friendly. My wife had requested gluten free bread at breakfast and this was supplied every morning by charming staff which was very much appreciated. Our room, 302, with a balcony, was lovely and should we stay again we would request the same one. The girls in Reception were so helpful and we felt very much part of the family.
Excellent service and value for money. Hotel ideal for Old Town and other sites.
The room was too dark and too mutch furnirure.
Close to city centre
Poor restaurant Flies in room which was blamed on last year's warm winter. We stayed 1st September.
Friendly Staff Central Location Good Breakfast (non vegetarian)
No Mini Fridge Vegetarian Lunch & Dinner ( no choice) Very Small Room Coffee Facilities not kept up Free Drinking Water but warm Last Minute Price add on's Tiny Ensuite Facilities
Everything was excellent!
The staff and the location. Staff were chatty, welcoming and friendly. Location was great.
Our room was on the first floor facing the road and it was pretty noisy.
Close to the centre and staff very helpful
There was no bar and the restaurant closed at 9pm so could only get a drink from there until then. Rooms pretty small but comfortable ideal for a short stay.
The staff were so friendly and helpful and their restaurant and pub suggestions were spot on.
I missed having a lounge to sit in but not that much.
Breakfast - needs more fresh fruit
The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were helpful and helped to make our stay as easy as possible. A great place if you are looking for a home away from home!
staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location was a 2 minute walk from the old town. Room of a good size and included a sofa.
breakfast was very limited and cold meats were covered in flies. Is on a busy road and was noisy.
Excellent location, very nice staff
location excellent. Reception staff were the very best I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful time in Krakow, and the wielopole helped with this.
The breakfast room was rather dark without much choice of food. Mainly continental style, there were scrambled eggs available and a kind of sausage. I actually didn't mind as I enjoy cold meats and cheese for breakfast.
À well-run hotell in à very good location close to the old city. No luxury but good value for money.
Perfect for any kind of traveller the only thing better than the facilities & location is the staff! Ridiculously friendly and helpful I wanted to just sit and chat with them all night!
Having to leave
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, room was on the small side but a large bathroom and good shower. Bed was comfortable but 2 single duvets was a bit strange on a double bed!. Tea & coffee making facilities were really handy & much appreciated also the air conditioning was very handy as our stay at the end of July was very warm weather.
The breakfast became a bit boring as we were there for a week, but plenty of places to go for breakfast around. There seemed to be a shortage of shower gel, we had to ask at reception as the person that makes the room up never replaced it!.
very good breakfast Close to the old town free bottles of mineral water
room was a bit small
Everything as far as we were concerned but the thing that sticks out for us was that we had a room with a balcony which we could sit out on in the morning and evening and just watch the city go by. Very clean, comfortable and the service was excellent. The staff are very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
That fact that we couldn't find anything to complain about :-))
Rooms super clean, spacious Great location
Too expensive for what they offer Breakfast terrible No parking
