The food in the restaurant was great as dinner, however quite limited as variety at the breakfast in the morning. The room itself was nice. It was permanently cold in the room, at night as well, and the air conditioning was too noisy to be left on during the night. The fitness center is not inside the location, but you don't advertise this on the website. The changed towels were old and with stains.

The best choice for people who need to spend transit night in hotel near airoport. Very comfortable beds. Tasty dishes and big portions in restraunt. Free transfer from/to airoport. Very friendly staff.

Very close to Katowice Airport with free shuttle service to it. Good restaurant also! Far from any other things like town center or shops.

Picked us up from the air port after midnight no fee.. Just right when you fly in late. Excellent for an airport hotel

All was good on my two stays at this hotel; excellent location for the airport, good food; excellent breakfast selection; what more do you need! The airport advertises a free shuttle transport to the airport. This is only available in ONE direction; this should be made clear to avoid misunderstandings. The journey to the terminal takes exactly 3 mins so is not very far and could be included in the room rates.

Nice, friendly and service minded staff. Cleanliness of the hotel rooms, whole hotel and its surroundings. Had some problems finding the hotel, one of reasons where some road signs with the hotel name where bended, and the location of the hotel not easy to see from the local road. It would be preferable to make new direction signs that also show the remaining distance to the hotel in meters.

Very convenient for collection from the airport by the hotel staff. Despite arriving in the middle of the night the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They all spoke excellent English.

Budget price so did not expect high standards, but was surprised by overall quality and particularly the excellent breakfast for the price. All the staff spoke English which I found helpful as a non-Polish speaker. Its location close to the airport and ferry service was also welcome. I found it surprising that the TV in the room only had 10 channels given the low cost for satellite television these days. The room in which we stayed had like so many budget hotels a partially blocked sink and the towels were so hard that quite frankly they acted like a body scrub!

Polski: Jedzenie jest znacznie powyżej gwiazdek hotelu I jak zawsze pracownicy są bardzo pomocne I firendly. Zawsze miło pobyt w czyste, proste wygodne dotarcie lokalizację. Dzięki wszystkich pracowników związane z odbiorem I kelnerów / kelnerek a szef kuchni też.Danie z łososia było po prostu wspaniałe. Do zobaczenia! English: The food is well above the star rating of the hotel and as always the staff are very helpful and firendly. Always a pleasure to stay in a clean, comfortable easy to reach location. Thanks to all the staff on reception and the waiters/waitresses and the chef too. The salmon dish was just wonderful. See you again!!
