All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged PLN 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 4 to 10 years are charged PLN 42.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged PLN 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Good Design. All furniture made from wood. Nice shower. Great sauna. Feel's like home almost. Change beds from two separated to one double, please. |

The staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was so clean and well organised. Good breakfast - everything fresh and good quality and choice. There are twin type bedroom (two separate beds put together). We'd prefer to have normal double bed. |

Brend new stylish hotel very close to city center. Great sauna. At the begining of our stay was little bit cold inside the room and relax centrum. |

Czysto, wygodnie, przytulnie, góralski styl obiektu (wlasnie to czego szukalismy), sliczny widok z okna na góry :) bardzo mily personel, dobre sniadanko. Prisitne, cosy, nicely furnished, lovely panoramic view from the window, very friendly staff, nice breakfast Prekrasny a velice cisty hotel s nadhernym vyhledem na krasnou krajinu. prijemny personal . Wynajmowalismy pokoj nr 10, zwany pokojem nowozencow. Ku naszemu zdziwieniu pokoj ten ma dwa ustawione obok siebie pojedyncze lozka. We stayed in what they call "newlywed suite". To our surprise there are two single beds standing one next to the other. |

Niezwykły klimat hotelu, przepiękny budynek zrobiony w stylu góralskim. Hotel nowy i to widać, bardzo czysto! Biała pościel, mięciutkie ręczniki, papier toaletowy velvet a sztućce Duki, dbałość o każdy drobiazg. Po drugiej stronie ulicy sklep spożywczy. Z balkonu widok na szkołę, Krupówki 500m. |

Belle architecture, belle décoration, mais des problèmes : le miroir est embué et inutilisable dès que l'on utilise la douche. Piękna architektura, piękne dekoracje, wszystko starannie wykończone, lecz w łazience po kąpieli nie można się przejrzeć w lustrze, zaparowane... i para długo nie ustępuje. Nous sommes restés deux nuits : pas de nettoyage de la chambre, ni de changement de serviettes entre les deux !!! Spędziliśmy tam dwie doby. Na drugi dzień nie było ścielenia łóżek, świeżych ręczników, nawet wypróżnienia koszy. Cena za drugą dobę była przecież taka sama! |
