Willa Magnolia

The rooms were nicely decorated. The value is awesome. Probably the cheapest hotel I have stayed in while in the EU, but easily one of the nicest as well. On arrival the receptionist brought us a plate of cakes, an assortment of teas and a large bottle of water. The hotel felt empty of both staff and other guests which was nice for resting. The staff were very accommodating, our flight was cancelled and we didn't arrive until the day after we had planned to. The Willa Magnolia was very accommodating.

There is no view. Kind of out in the middle of no where. Although the train is a ten minute walk away.

We liked a lot that the beds, mattress and pillows were a cozy and comfortable place to sleep. We also liked a lot the electric blinders that closed shut outside the windows making the room perfectly dark: excellent for resting and sleeping late. The breakfast was nice too. Location is nice, it's near the forest, beach and train station on a quiet street. We liked the huge tv and the details in the room like the good quality of the lights used, the bathroom appliances were working nice, were brand new. The coffee, tea and sweets in the room were a cute touch. Sliding door for the bathroom and hair dryer were also a plus. The gold foil plated sink was a wow effect that screamed: "affordable luxury" :) We had a problem with the entrance key but the owner was kind enough to come and help as at 3 in the morning.

One of the biggest problems was the WiFi that did not work very well in the room on level 2 (but it worked decently in the lobby and also at -1 level in the breakfast cafeteria). Also, there was not yet functional ventilation in the bathroom and the shower cabin was leaking water (I`m a splasher, so, for me that was an important detail). A bit weird was the lack of communication with the staff. We had not received important info about the rules of the house. For example, if we stay for a week and we would like the room cleaned and the sheets and towels changed at least once at 2 days how would we signal that? Last but not least: laundry services completely missing. I did not even asked about ironing services..

Old villa,but newly renovated , clean, comfortable, coffee,tea in the room, colourful wellness bathroom, quiet, good situated to walk to the lonesome beach, bus station near by, nice breakfast In einer alten, aber neu renovierten Villa werden Designerzimmer vermietet. Die Badeinrichtung ist schon etwas Besonderes, gr. Dusche mit Düsen auch von der Seite. Ruhig gelegen, Bushaltestelle 100m entfernt, mehrere Verbindung. Vom Bahnhof sind wir ca 1000m gelaufen, nach 200m bergauf kommt man in ein Naturschutzgebiet. Geht man durch den Wald, kommt man zu einsamen Stränden, auch zu Steilküsten, nach ca 4km Spaziergang auch in die Innenstadt.

Das Personal ist teilweise noch nicht ausgebildet, 3 x habe ich in die Küche geschaut, um morgens Tee zu bekommen, das junge Mädchen war aber mehr an einem Schwatz mit den Handwerkern interessiert, die noch im Keller arbeiten. Der überblick fehlt noch, so fehlte am Frühstücksbüffet jeden Morgen Besteck. Wie nimmt man sich dann Käse, Kuchen usw? äPfel waren nicht gewaschen. The young girl in the kitchen has no experience in making breakfast or to look, what the guests need, no good morning...

We needed to rest after longer travelling from Slovakia ad the owner of the hotel immediately came to hotel after we called her on her phone. She was very nice and shown also good restaurant and we were happy to use also free wifi. It was very good to get breakfast into the room in the early morning as we needed breakfast earlier.

You get a feeling like being in your own home, the staff was very helpful and our welcome was very warm. Rooms were very nicely decorated. The breakfast was great.

Maybe not that good sound isolation. When we got to the villa we needed to call the owner, but she arrived quick and it didn't disturb us at all.

Lokalizacja blisko plaży, ładnie skomponowane pokoje, rewelacyjny sufit w łazience, bardzo blisko plaży.

Willa jest w trakcie rozbudowy i widać to po za pokojami.

Drobne niedociągnięcia w wykończeniu łazienki, nieotwierający się balkon

Dobre śniadania, miła obsługa, pokoje przytulne ;) Blisko las, morze, plaża, super miejsce do wypoczynku.

Na stronie widnieje informacja, IŻ śniadania są w pokoju a w rzeczywistości trzeba na nie zejść do stołówki (nie zostaliśmy poinformowani w momencie przyjazdu przez co niemal nie przegapiliśmy śniadania). Więcej zarzutów nie mam ;-)

Willa z kilkoma bardzo ładnie urządzonymi i funkcjonalnymi pokojami. Czysto, smaczne śniadania i miła obsługa.

Dobra lokalizacja obiektu, serwowane śniadania całkiem smaczne choć codziennie takie same. Standard obiektu całkiem dobry.

Faktycznie informacja jaką przeczytałem w komentarzach przed wyjazdem potwierdziła się, tzn: parking jest mały na max 4 samochody, więc pojawiają się problemy. W obiekcie prowadzony jest nadal remont zwłaszcza na najwyższym piętrze. Ponieważ otrzymałem pokój właśnie tam było widać że pokój jeszcze nie został wykończony dokładnie, pokój odbiegał od tego co na zdjęciach w ofercie, czystość średnia. W czasie 4 dniowego pobytu nie było sprzątania ani wymiany ręczników - duży minus.

Ciekawie urządzone pokoje, dobra lokalizacja - cisza okolica, blisko kolejka SKM, bezpośrednie połączenie autobusowe spod Willi z Dworcem Głównym PKP. Bardzo miła i przyjazna obsługa.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokoje nowoczesne i dobrze wyposażone. Do morze spacerkiem około 20 minut przez piękny las. Dobry dojazd do centrum Gdyni - niedaleko jest przystanek autobusowy.

В номере чисто и уютно. Есть фен, чайник, чай, телевизор. Завтрак стандартный. Персонал дружелюбный. Отель расположен недалеко от моря.

Парковка не огорожена. Нет холодильника в номере.

Bardzo miła obsługa, pełen profesjonalizm. Polecenie godnej restauracji, a poranne śniadanie pomimo że teoretycznie skromne to bardzo dobre. Czysto, schludnie i bardzo elegancko. Z całą pewnością jeszcze wróce do Willi Magnolia

Czysty komfortowy pensjonat, ładne eleganckie wnętrza pokoi w ciepłych kolorach, bardzo smaczne śniadania, w pokojach czajnik z możliwością robienia herbaty/kawy. Warto wracać do takich miejsc.

zdecydowany brak restauracji aby można było zjeść obiad - więc tu trzeba wyskoczyć na miasto.
