I liked the attention of the staff very good and very helpfull when we tried to stay a extra night, they didnt have a room but the looked alternatives for us No, everything perfect I will back to that hotel for sure |

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He even carried our suitcases to and from our room! The front room where our daughter stayed was very light and a bit noisy from the traffic passing. |

The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, the little extras eg bath robe, complimentary soft drinks, nice room Bathroom & toilet a little cramped but same in other places in Poland |

We liked the pleasant, very helpfull management and staff, comfortable and clean room and great and delicious breakfast feasts that kept us going for the whole day. It was also great that there was a cold water machine available all the time, which was specially appreciated in the hot weather we experienced. |

We had a spacious living room and a triple bedroom. The breakfast room was cramped. Each table was set with meats, salads etc and a hot dish of the day was served even though 2 of our party did not eat this part of the breakfast. Breakfast cereals were not on offer although when I did ask for meusli and yoghurt I did receive them. |

The pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. The reception team spoke excellent English, and the restaurant staff sufficient English to ease any communication problems. All were appreciative of overseas guests' attempts to speak Polish. The rooms were clean, airy, and well maintained, and the decor was excellent. Breakfast was superb, and provided a good start to the day. |

Lieb und stielvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Personal hat immer ein offenes Ohr für den Gast, Man fühlt sehr gut aufgehoben und sehr gut behandelt, wer gut auf Luxushotels und dem Trubel dort verzichten kann ist die Villa Albatros absolut empfehlenswert!! |

El trato con el personal del hotel. Nos han sido de gran ayuda para poder movernos por la ciudad, en todo momento estaban dispuestos a ayudarnos y resolver nuestras dudas. El desayuno es una pasada. La salita para tomar el té es muy acogedora. |

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Heel goed ontbijt. Ligging op loopafstand van treinstation, het strand en park Oliwa met de prachtige kathedraal. Onze vrienden hadden een té kleine kamer met een piepkleine badkamer. Was echt een minpunt. |

Отель отличный по соотношению цена-качество. Уют, удобства, хороший сервис. До пляжа - 10 минут через зелёную зону. Относительно недалеко до всего: знаменитого сопотского мола, центра Гданьска, торгового Альфа-центра, где есть интернет-кафе, ежли кого не устраивает wi-fi в самом отеле. Впечатления остались только хорошие.) |

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon un parking privé était annoncé mais il s'agissait du jardin où seules trois voitures pouvaient se garer l'une derrière l'autre pare-choc contre pare-choc. Il aurait fallu donner notre clé de voiture car le propriétaire de la 1ère voiture devait partir tôt ! nous avons donc laissé la voiture dehors. Mensonge sur la distance à la mer : 1,8 km mini Intérieur vieillot |

sehr hilfsbereite englischsprechende Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, viele gute Tipps und Wegbeschreibungen, viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten: rund um die Uhr Wasser Tee und Kaffee, Stadtplan und mini-Reiseführer, Regenschirm.Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und überraschte mit polnischen Spezialitäten. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war so klein und verwinkelt,ohne Gepäckablage und Kleiderhaken, dass wir uns nicht vorstellen konnten, es dort sieben Tage auszuhalten. Unsere Beschwerde wurde allerdings erhört, die Mitarbeiter gaben sich alle Mühe, uns innerhalb 24h den Umzug in ein etwas größeres (aber auch teureres) Zimmer zu ermöglichen. |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja mukavia. Osasivat hyvin englantia. Aamupala oli katettu todella kauniisti Vuoteen patjat olivat kivikovat eli nukkuimme kuin tiiliskivien päällä. Hotelli oli myös kaukana keskustasta ja rannasta ja lähimmät ruokapaikat olivat rannalla ja sielläkin niitä oli vain muutamia |

Czystość w pokoju Bardzo niewielka łazienka (może z 2 m kwadratowe powierzchni). Trudno było się w niej poruszać . Pokój niewielki, całą prawie powierchnię zajmowały łóżka (zostałem zakwaterowany w pokoju 3 osobowym). Brak krzeseł czy też foteli oraz stołu (był niewielki stolik strasznie niefunkcjonalny oraz dwa miejsca do siedzenia nie wiem jak je nazwać ale strasznie niewygodne i raczej dla dzieci ). Odradzam ten hotel dla osób, które podróżują w celach biznesowych bo nie ma przy czym pracować. rano duzy hałas na zewnątrz a także hałas innych gości hotelowych. Wystrój pokoju również nieciekawy. |

Pieni, kodikas hotelli, jossa erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Respan miehet osasivat erinomaisesti englantia ja auttoivat auliisti kaikessa. Mukava ja rento paikka. Junalla pääsi kätevästi liikkumaan sekä Gdanskin keskustaan että Gdyniaan, jossa kävimme festareilla. Vessa oli pienehkö. Jääkaappi ja ilmastointi olisivat olleet mukavat, mutta toisaalta hotelli oli luokiteltukin vain kahden tähden hotelliksi. Hotelli oli mielestämme tähtiluokitusta tasokkaampi, eli yllätyimme iloisesti. |
