Hôtel familial où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Personnel aux petits soins pour les hôtes. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et chaque jour différent. Boissons fraîches à volonté en libre service. |

The staff at the Willa Albatros are wonderful folks. From registration to the ride back to the airport, they were friendly, accommdating, and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure a wonderful experience. teeny weeny bathrooms, but that's the ambience. |

The room is small but cosy, the staff are friendly. The shower was difficult to use without flooding the bathroom floor. About breakfast, they don't serve juice if you don't ask for it especially!!! |

Lovely room, warm and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff and enjoyed the breakfast. Good location, with train station only 10 minute walk with a choice of going downtown, or up to Sopot which had good restaurants for evening meals. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. No complaints |

Friendly and very helpful staff made many arrangements for my friends and I - taxis, excursions, restaurant bookings, etc. Always on hand for information. Extremely well-maintained property, very nice environment and high standards of cleanliness - rooms cleaned and linen changed every day. Complementary soft and hot drinks available 24 hours a day. Fantastic breakfasts set us up for the day - no need for lunches!! |

it was a fantastic hotel. the staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly and made the stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. the hotel is close to good transport links in a quiet area and in a good location between gdansk and sopot. i would highly recommend it to anyone and as commented before, the breakfasts are fantastic and the meals at night were more than adequate. no bar and toilets a bit tight but not really a major probelm.stay here! |

An excellent small hotel with very helpful staff. Very peaceful location, yet close to train station (5-10mins) Huge breakfasts set you up for the rest of the day. I would have liked Fruit juice at Breakfast The shower in my Room (107) was difficult to use without flooding the bathroom floor. |
