The pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. The reception team spoke excellent English, and the restaurant staff sufficient English to ease any communication problems. All were appreciative of overseas guests' attempts to speak Polish. The rooms were clean, airy, and well maintained, and the decor was excellent. Breakfast was superb, and provided a good start to the day. |

The staff at the Willa Albatros are wonderful folks. From registration to the ride back to the airport, they were friendly, accommdating, and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure a wonderful experience. teeny weeny bathrooms, but that's the ambience. |

On our last night there was quite a lot of noise from the people above our room, general movement around the room and showering at about 2.00am |

The room is small but cosy, the staff are friendly. The shower was difficult to use without flooding the bathroom floor. About breakfast, they don't serve juice if you don't ask for it especially!!! |

Pieni, kodikas hotelli, jossa erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Respan miehet osasivat erinomaisesti englantia ja auttoivat auliisti kaikessa. Mukava ja rento paikka. Junalla pääsi kätevästi liikkumaan sekä Gdanskin keskustaan että Gdyniaan, jossa kävimme festareilla. Vessa oli pienehkö. Jääkaappi ja ilmastointi olisivat olleet mukavat, mutta toisaalta hotelli oli luokiteltukin vain kahden tähden hotelliksi. Hotelli oli mielestämme tähtiluokitusta tasokkaampi, eli yllätyimme iloisesti. |

Aivan mahtava paikka! Kaikki oli paremmin kuin odotimme. Aamiainen todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta sekä puhuivat hyvää englantia. Ei moitteen sijaa koko paikassa!! |

Erittäin kodikas ja siisti hotelli. Henkilökunta kielitaitoista ja vastasivat pikaisesti kaikkiin esitettyihin pyyntöihin. Erinomainen aamupala. Äänieristys huoneissa voisi olla parempi. Vc:t lievästi ahtaat. Nämä seikat eivät kuitenkaan häirinneet hyvää kokonaiskuvaa hotellista. |
