hotel staff is actually just its manager, M.me Eva. She is friendly and helpful. Room and bathrooms are much better than expected. Hotel difficult to find (I got a taxi to get there)

Nice villa, beautiful dog

Do not choose the villa because of the stated sea view. There is no such thing as panorama of the Baltic Sea, but the city belt. Moreover, the hostess could not give a reasonable explanation for her/ their attempt to take the money for our stay off our debit card before we even we got to the villa.

The breakfast was as good as described here. The room was neat and clean.

The hotel should really mention, that it's by no mean suitable for disabled: the stairs in the hotel plus the ones on the way to the tram are not avoidable. Compared to room and distance from old city, this hotel was quite pricey. But I guess that's simply bcause of the high season.

I like the design of hotel, its interior, but it was missing some real little things like shower cap, cotton pads, normal sapon of high quality, slippers. So they have to think in the future to spend a little to receive a lot.

I already explained in the previous message. It is not a complain it is just a little recommendation for the future, because compearing Willa Izabel from Gdansk with 3* Hotel Henlex from Poznan (which is much cheaper) there are a lot of important thinks like shower cap, cotton pads, normal sapon of high quality, slippers. And these thinks are missing in Willa Izabel.

The hotel was charming, overlooking the town on a small bluff at the top of a windy, cobbled road. The rooms were very clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options. Everyone was very helpful.

A bit noisy (dog barking, club music drifted up from town) Sat aftn-Sat night. The shower drain was not working--we reported it & they said they had problems before. We got two twin beds pushed together rather than a double room with a large bed (which is what we thought we selected) but realized too late to change it.

Environment, well designed, quiet place

Location in the city is fine, but only without the navigation is harder to find the narrow street....

Friendly & helpful, great views, good breakfast, clean and well (imaginatively) appointed

the accomidation was very good, as far as style, furniture, comfort, space, obliging staff, responding to request i.e taxi, early morning breakfast on day of return to england.

The web site is misleading stating you have panoramic veiws of the boltic see. The see is in fact several miles away and can only be seen on a clear day from the fourth floor. Also their is no lift, to reach all rooms you have to go up many flights of stairs. As we had an elderly member in our party it made it difficult for her to accsess the accomidation. It was located a long way from public transport. The accomidation itself is very special in its apperiance and its contents. however I think it should be made clear on its web site about the above points ( no lift and time spent getting into gdansk itself via. public transport.
