Situated in the centre of a beautiful resort of Polanica Zdrój, Willa Zameczek offers quiet rooms with satellite TV and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi is free in the entire hotel. Willa Zameczek enjoys a picturesque location next to the mineral water pump room in Polanica. It is surrounded by tranquil parkland. The rooms at the Willa come with a flat screen TV, as well as a table with chairs. Most of them offer a balcony, where guests can relax after a long day. Personnel très accueillant.Très joli chambre design,simple et confortable. Pas très loin du centre,lieu calme. Pour le prix il nous semblait évident que le petit déjeuner soit compris... mais non! Meme le sauna n'est pas offert pour les clients!

Situation parfaite par rapport au cente de Polanica, avec parking, au bord d'un superbe parc. Personnel très dévoué et charmant. Petit déjeuner très copieux (sauf absence de fruits) Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse. Petits détails dans la chambre à revoir: un store cassé, une prise détachée, le lit refait 1 jour sur 2, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de schampoing.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit Park, aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Sehr kompetenter und überaus freundlicher Chef mit Personal. Sehr saubere, gepflegte Anlage. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Een vriendelijk ontvangst,mooi en zuiver appartement.Ligt ook erg mooi,en is vooral in het voorjaar en zomer een prachtig kuuroord.In ternet was gratis.Zoveel gratis thee en koffie als je maar wil. Ondanks dat het een mooi appartement is,vele kleine ongemakken.Badkamer erg klein,slecht licht.Geen telefoon,geen koelkast [staat op de site vermeld] geen behoorlijke prullenbak,geen meubel om je koffer op te leggen,donker in de hal zodat je het slot niet kunt vinden,geen overgordijnen op de begane vloer.Verder geen restaurant,was voor ons overigens niet erg daar wij bekend zijn met de omgeving,dus goede restaurants weten te vinden.

Bardzo miła obsługa, wokół cisza i spokój, idelane miejsce na odpoczynek. Polecam. Szkoda , ze do dyspozycji gości nie ma zabiegów kosmetycznych o każdej porze tylko na zmówienie i na telefon

Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa! Nie podobało mi się, że nie było wody mineralnej w pokoju. Pokój nie jest tani, a po przyjeździe późnym wieczorem musiałem zejść do recepcji i poprosić o butelkę wody, którą doliczono mi do rachunku - 5zł. :-)

Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, hervorragendes Frühstück Leider verstehen die Mitarbieter am Empfang nur Polnisch oder Englisch. Da sehr viele Deutsche im Ort und auchim Hotel sind und der Ort "Bad Alt-Heide" über Jahrhunderte deutsch war, sollten die Mitarbeiter am Empfang deutsch sprechen können.
