Excellent location for short city breaks, close to main square in old town and well situated if you are arriving by train or airport train via main station. Good breakfast in a medieval underground setting. main door closes at 23:00 in the evening. after that, you need to ring the bell.

Staff helpful and spoke good English. Hotel was clean and tidy with good promotional discount. Within earshot of the Krakow watchman's bugle! Room was small but I received a good promotional discount so it was as expected. I could still hear some of the revellers at night if I left the window open, but I wanted to be close to the centre of the Old City.

Reception staff were very helpful and efficient, extremely pleasant, and spoke excellent English. Rooms (and hotel generally) were nicely decorated. Good lighting in the room. Bathroom was very clean, modern and tastefully furnished, and the shower was hot and powerful. It was a very pleasant room. The television in the room was very small - very difficult to watch when in bed. An armchair to sit in would be good (only options were sitting at the desk or on the bed). Although the skylight was very good and provided plenty of natural light, the lack of a window to actually look out of felt a little strange. However, this was not a problem at night, and I was usually out during the day, so perhaps it's not as important as I first thought.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Wit Stwosz. The hotel is situated very close to the main square and walking distance to the castle. It is only a 10 minute walk from the railway station where the train takes you directly to the airport for 10 Zlotys. The girls on reception were unbelievable they went far and beyond there call of duty to assist me with information I required for my trip. The girls in the kitchen were awesome too as on my last day I had to leave by 7am to catch my plane to London so they opened the breakfast room early just for me! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. My room was spacious but my mattress was a bit 'squeeky'. I would have loved tea and coffee facilities in my room.

We checked out on the 1st of January and asked for a taxi to the airport. The receptionist on duty called a non official taxi and when we turned up at the airport the taxi driver asked us for 95 zloty (almost 24 euros) whereas when we came from the airport to the city , at our arrival in Krakow, the official taxi asked for 47 zloty – exactly half the price. A disgusting smell came from the bathroom. It was really strong when you got into the room after having being out in the fresh air, even though you could sniff it even if you have staYed dint the room for a long time.

The location is excellent. Only 2 mins walk from the main market square, the St. Mary Church and the main streets. Maximum 10 mins walk from the Train station. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room we got is on the top attic. It's a bit old but quite spacious and clean. The breakfast does not have too many options but quality is good. The breakfast package prepared for our early flight were also very good. All in all, good value for money. The elevator is only up to 3rd floor. If your room is on the top attic floor (4th), you have to carry your luggage on the stairs. The TV in my room is very small and only one channel in English which is Sky News.

Very good location - the hotel is situated in the very Old Town. Rooms are bright and good equiped. Lift to the 3rd floor - I had a small room at the 4th floor (attic) so I had to use the stairs (from 3rd to 4th) but it was no problem for me :) Breakfast included. The reception desk is open 24h, but the main door to the hotel are closed from 11p.M. - so if you come later you just have to ring the bell :)

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Organizzano anche gite nei dintorni della città. Stupenda la sala delle colazioni. Bellissime anche le camere. Direi tutto ok. Unico neo non c'è il wifi per l'uso con gli smartphon ma in compenso c'è il cavo di rete nelle camere per chi volesse portarsi un portatile.
