“The location was very good for us as its about 10km south of Warsaw on the main road to Krakow. The free parking in front of the hotel was very convenient. The wifi worked perfectly. The room was spacious and the breakfast choice and quality was good. As well as the hotel restaurant there are a few other restaurants, cafes and a takeaway pizza place closeby.”

Very nice staff. I arrived late from a long journey and I was warmly welcomed. The restaurant was already closed and I needed a cup of boiled water in order to take some medicines. The receptionist, Mr. Marcin, was very friendly and went to the kitchen to bring me a the drink. A nice gesture which is appreciated. It is nice to meet such a person whose smile is natural and not forced. Many thanks to him. The bad was a bid narrow for me but I had a good night in general.

The room was spacious and the breakfast choice and quality was good. As well as the hotel restaurant there are a few other restaurants, cafes and a takeaway pizza place closeby. Getting into Warsaw by public transport required a couple of changes so its not the best base for exploring the city.

выбирали отель что называется "на скорую руку", т.к. изначально не планировали останавливаться в варшаве. персонал доброжелательный, по английски немного понимают, но отвечают только на польском. потому не всегда понятно, что именно тебе ответили :) номера чистые. есть парковка. не понравилось расположение отеля, по всем признакам это не отель, а мотель. расположен в 10 метрах от оживленной трассы. вокруг еще несколько таких же "отелей/мотелей", автодилеры, и т.п. недалеко заправка bp, в магазинчике которой можно купить продукты. до центра добираться надо на трамвае (~10 - 12 минут), остановка рядом. Завтрак не был включен в стоимость, мы оплатили его отдельно за один день (25 злотых с человека в день), на второй день решили позавтракать в центре. В общем завтрак как бы есть, но он соответствует дешевому мотелю **. Внутри отель пытались оформить с претензией на что-то, но получилось как-то офисно/аляповато/бюджетно. В номере окна которого выходили на трассу было шумно даже с закрытым окном. Правда нам без проблем дали другой номер с окнами во двор, там тихо. В номере был кондиционер, но воздух после него конкретно пованивал то-ли носками, то ли еще чем. Посему мы его включили и сразу выключили. Резюме - за эти деньги можно найти отель получше.

Strategiškai tinkama vieta keliaujantiems oro transportu. Arti oro uosto. Švaru, tvarkinga, personalas mandagus ir neįkyrus, tolerantiškai reagavo į išsakytus pageidavimus. Viešbutis nedidelis, tačiau labai jaukus.

Mimo przyjęcia rezerwacji w pokoju dla palących, po przyjeździe okazało się, że takich pokojów hotel nie posiada. Brak również w hotelu jakiegokolwiek pomieszczenia dla palaczy. Wyganianie palących na dwór (szczegónie przy ujemnych temperaturach powietrza) dyskwalifikuje ten hotel dla wielu potencjalnych gości - w tym również w przyszłości mnie. Nigdy więcej!

Przyzwoity hotel w rozsądnej cenie na wieździe do Warszawy od strony srony Wrocławia, Katowic, Krakowa. Telewizja w pokoju miała zaledwie 2 rozsądne kanały, żadnych informacyjnych.

Za dwa tygodnie znów będę przebywał w warszawie I mam zarezerwowany pokój w hotelu gromada .Biorąc pod uwagę możliwość zmiany hotelu, zapytałem recepcjonistę w hotelu witkowski czy mógłbym w przypadku noclegu liczyć na rabat lub na możliwość pozostawienia samochodu na parkingu, ponieważ do końca lutego będę jeszcze czterokrotnie( po dwie noce) gościem hotelu .Liczyłem, że recepcjonista zainteresuje się dlaczego pytam o nocleg I zachęci mnie do pobytu. Niestety nic takiego nie nastąpiło. Usłyszałem tylko jakie są obowiązujące ceny za pobyt I parking. W związku z tym będę nocował w gromadzie. Opisuje sytuacje, aby uświadomić Państwu, że bywają zapewne klienci którzy szukają możliwości pobytu I rezygnują ponieważ nikt z nimi nie rozmawia. Przydałoby się szkolenie ze sprzedaży dla obsługi. Recepcjonista powinien sprzedawać, anie tylko obsługiwać I informować

Dostępność miejsc, życzliwość recepcjonistów, dobry dojazd. Bezpłatny parking przed hotelem Kelner nie nawiązywał kontaktu z klientem, poprzestał na podaniu karty. Podczas śniadania 2 kelenrów rozmawiało ze sobą na prywatne tematy, podczas gdy sala wymagała sprzątnięcia. Bliskość lotniska - przez całą noc słychać samoloty - szyby nie zapewniają odpowiedniej izolacji dźwiękowej. Nieciekawy zapach z klimatyzatora
