Excellent breakfast. Nice hotel personnel. Location right across the street from the Institute of Aviation - my business destination. A practical location (not touristically interesting) Smoking odour in the room

Very nice staff. I arrived late from a long journey and I was warmly welcomed. The restaurant was already closed and I needed a cup of boiled water in order to take some medicines. The receptionist, Mr. Marcin, was very friendly and went to the kitchen to bring me a the drink. A nice gesture which is appreciated. It is nice to meet such a person whose smile is natural and not forced. Many thanks to him. The bad was a bid narrow for me but I had a good night in general.

The hotel reception was very helpful. They recommended the chinese restaurant next door for dinner and the food and service was outstanding. It would be nice if you could have coffee/tea in room or ice for a coke.

The location was very good for us as its about 10km south of Warsaw on the main road to Krakow. The free parking in front of the hotel was very convenient. The wifi worked perfectly. The room was spacious and the breakfast choice and quality was good. As well as the hotel restaurant there are a few other restaurants, cafes and a takeaway pizza place closeby. Getting into Warsaw by public transport required a couple of changes so its not the best base for exploring the city.

Hotel wybrałam ze względu na bliskośc lotniska - 24 zl kosztowała taksówka z lhotelu do lotniska - ok 5 min drogi, bardzo dobre śniadanie Obsługa hotelu twierdziła ze taksóka wyniesie 15 zł i nie ma sensu jechac autobusem - wyniosła 24, nie jest to fortuna, ale nie lubie takich sytuacji

Przyzwoity hotel w rozsądnej cenie na wieździe do Warszawy od strony srony Wrocławia, Katowic, Krakowa. Telewizja w pokoju miała zaledwie 2 rozsądne kanały, żadnych informacyjnych.

Miła obsługa, choć czasem odrobinę zbyt bezpośrednia. Lokalizacj blisko lotniska. Obfite śniadania dla tych, co lubią dużo zjeść. Hałas od ulicy i lotniska. Polecam pokoje 'od podwórka'.

Dostępność miejsc, życzliwość recepcjonistów, dobry dojazd. Bezpłatny parking przed hotelem Kelner nie nawiązywał kontaktu z klientem, poprzestał na podaniu karty. Podczas śniadania 2 kelenrów rozmawiało ze sobą na prywatne tematy, podczas gdy sala wymagała sprzątnięcia. Bliskość lotniska - przez całą noc słychać samoloty - szyby nie zapewniają odpowiedniej izolacji dźwiękowej. Nieciekawy zapach z klimatyzatora

Bardzo fajny, bardziej kameralny hotel. Obsługa miła, pokoje bez zarzutów - solidne 3*, dobre śniadanie. Polecam wszystkim nocującym przed wylotem z WAW.

Posizione, le camere sono larghe e il personale è gentile . Sotto la media dei tre stelle come infrastrutture , non c'è il bar o se c'è non si vede. Non c'è il minibar, televisione con un numero limitato di canali.
