vriendelijk personeel, mooie en nette kamers, goed ontbijt, leuke entourage in het algemeen lawaai s avonds/s nachts; onze kamer was op de 3e etage aan een binnenplaats en daar was het continu druk met auto's en personeel dat aan hrt schoonmaken/ opruimen was (denk vd keuken) en vrijdag op zaterdagnacht raam dicht moeten doen ivm enorme herrie van nachtclub. Helaas is er geen airco dus dat is niet prettig! |

Een vaste internet verbinding was goed. Het hotel is een tweede filiaal om de hoek begonnen. Hier verbleef ik, en zijn nog wat aanloopproblemen (attitude personeel, comfort kamer, weergave op de website versus realiteit, prijs kwaliteit). Hier heb ik contact met het hotel over gehad en men geeft dit ook min of meer toe. Mijn ervaring was dus minder positief dan ik uit andere reviews haalde maar hopelijk is dit snel opgelost en dus tijdelijk. |

hotel is walking distance from all points of interest, very quiet hotel with comfortable beds aiding restful sleep, excellent value for money. |

the welcome, the warmth, the large rooms, the bath to soak tiered muscles, its location. the food at breadfast not to our particular taste although we could find enough to satisfy. |

The hotel is very central and the fact that breakfast went on until 11.00a.m. was a plus. There was a restaurant available until late at night and the staff were very helpful. Kettle and cups provided in room...but no tea or coffee ! Only one English language station available (CNN) ...but only very minor quibble. |

Several rooms have windows to the main street. Several days per week garbage collector starts at 6 am. |

Super lokalizacja przy Starówce (excellent location) basic breakfast (only cold dishes), lack of space on the parking lot - event though I requested to reserve one!!! |

It's the second time I stayed in the hotel in a short time it has been an enjoyable experience each time. Nothing I did not like, however I would recommend supplying hair-dryers in the bathrooms and an internet access for the guests. |

During my stay I found the hotel staff very friendly, although because the part of the hotel I stayed in has just been open I thought the young staff were unsure of their duties. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely relaxing atmoshere. There is nothing I did not like, I only have one suggestion. As a girl, I could use a hair dryer in the bathroom. |

The staff were very helpfull, I will be booking this hotel again, enjoyed drinking in bar, staff were teaching me polish, had a great nights stay. |

This is an excellent hotel right in the tourist area. On a noisy Friday night, a bonus was to find myself in a top floor room with three large skylights - while restricting the view, it certainly minimised any disturbance! There is a nightclub in the basement, apparently open most of the night. Also, there was a stag type group in the hotel intent on enjoying themselves. Given the room I was in and interrnal soundproofing, these were not problems to me. However, another room could have proved a different story. |
