Hôtel international à l'accueil froid et impersonnel, il rappelle les dortoirs célèbres d'avant la chute du rideau de fer. L'apprentissage de l'anglais est indispensable pour tous les employés croisés pendant le séjour.Le restaurant propose d'excellents plats polonais à un prix très raisonnable.Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait. L'environnement lugubre du soir. |

It has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel. The staff hardly speaks english, no french and is really cold and unpolite. The worst staff ever. The rooms are dusty, not really clean, beds are old and uncomfortable. Choose another hotel, mercure panorama is way better. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, l'hotel n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles. A la réception, l'accueil est détestable, le personnel parle très difficilement l'anglais et pas du tout français, les chambres sont poussiéreuses et la propreté aléatoire, la literie trentenaire est catastrophique. Bref, une adresse à éviter, mieux vaut préférer le mercure panorama du centre-ville. |

Le petit déjeuner était bien copieux avec du choix pour le salé et le sucré. La pub trop en évidence sur la télé qui propose les chaines payantes, surtout celles à caractère porno. L'ergonomie des chaines est insupportable, trop compliquée. |

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had no hesitation in returning this trip. I will use it again, thats for sure.................You will see that I have not answered the guest review question below. I had no need to read them, not even before my first visit. |

Room facilities for tea and coffee and swimming pool Did not like the fact that one had to pay extra to use Sauna but swimming pool free? Really silly. No towel facility at the pool. Pool area not clean enough. No thermostat in the rooms and hence too hot and inadequate ventilation. |

Room service & cleaning staff very good,reception O.K. clean hotel good value for money. The service at the bar was diabolical. Took 10-15 minutes on average to get served.if not eating lunch/dinner whilst we wait for a drink,a conversation with a collegue will keep you waiting just a bit longer. |

The layoot of the diining room. Hotel was centrally located. Yes. The sitting furniture. Also the rooms were very drab, not friendly. No free coffee or tea or water in rhe room. |

Was there just to sleep. Then gone for the day. Came back late at night and back to sleep. Difficult to comment on my stay. Bigger beds would't heart. after all they are in the sleeping market. Comfort is relative and the most important. For the same price I found much more modern directly in the center. |

Hotel polozony w swietnym miejscu, bardzo blisko od centrum, a niedaleko fajne knajpki, ktore polecam mlodym ludziom. Nasz pokoj byl na 8 pietrze - fantastyczny widok na cale miasto - w dzien i w nocy. Bardzo mila obsluga. Jedzenie swietne, naprawde polecam. W pokoju czysciutko, mini bar w bardzo dobrych cenach. Jesli zabukuje sie hotel wczesniej przez internet wychodzi niesamowicie tanio w porownaniu z innymi hotelami, ktore w tym standardzie nie sa. Tv z zagranicznymi programami, dostep do internetu. Naprawde profesjonalnie. Z obsluga hotelu mozna wszystko zalatwic i wszystkiego sie dowiedziec, sa swietnie poinformowani! Poniewaz nie przewidywalismy tak dlugiego pobytu, przedluzenie pokoju okazalo sie 3 razy drozsze niz zabukowany pokoj przez internet, przez co musielismy zmienic hotel na tanszy, ale poczatkowa cena byla niesamowicie przystepna, jak na ten standard. |
