Excellent location, very friendly staff, very comfortable bed AIr conditioning didn't cool the room down that well but thankfully the temperature wasn't that hot outside. Did report it to reception upon checkout.

Small Apartment had good size and great huge bed. Hotel is in the heart of town next to old town square and next to party zone specially active on weekends. Bathroom might have had a bit better design. Decor is purely business but already a bit outdated.

We loved everything about the hotel. This is a first class hotel with exceptional service and amenities. The staff were excellent and the location was exactly what we were looking for. The concierge went above and beyond all expectations to ensure that our stay was a wonderful experience. We travelled to Wroclaw to visit the X-mas markets. It was well worth seeing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hi from Limerick Ireland We stayed in the Sofitel from friday to monday Nov 2011.I must compliment the hotel staff they were polite helpful and courteous Rooms were beautiful and clean Mateusz (concierge) had arranged transport from airport to hotel and also walking tour on sunday.Taxi driver Ted and tour guide Antony were brilliant I was with six friends and we would recommend the hotel, staff, location to anybody that would like to visit Poland Cheers

Location. Wifi in hotel room is good and free (youtube no problem). Did not use ethernet cable in hotel room or internet via television. Wifi is not protected and easily detected.

The location was excellent, a very short walk to the main square where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. Great value for money and the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the milk/tea bags weren't replaced once we used the ones provided.

The location is great, just center of the city. Staffs are very friendly and nice. Bed is very very comfortable. We had a good sleep. We will come back next time we visit Wroclaw.

The hotel is excellently decorated, the staff are great, it is very well placed to see the town. Have a cup of tea at night in your bedroom from room service, it is candle lit and smells of caramel. Lovely. Gin and Tonic is far too expensive. The movies on the tv are over priced. The pillows weren't comfortable and the bed was soft (to be fair to the hotel, we didn't mention this to see if they could improve it). This is nit picking, we had a great time.

The location of Sofitel, right in the old town and adjacent to the main square, is perfect. Our room was comfortable and luxurious,as you would expect from the Sofitel. At the discount rate we got, it was fantastic value. However I wouldn't have thought it worth the full rate being quoted. We were just lucky I guess, because we booked a long way ahead. Loved the L'Occitaine toiletries! Very little to dislike. A very small gripe was the poor English skills of housekeeping staff. They forgot to replenish our tea bags, and we had a bit of trouble getting some from them. Hardly a big deal.

The proximity to the beautiful Old Town makes it really convienent city break destination. Spa is small and has really thin walls. You can hear people in other facilities (jacuzzi) when having a massage for instance.

Wonderful location and luxurious place to stay. Excellent staff and great service. The quality of the TV in the oom was poor. Slow changing of the chanels and the poor quality of the pilot control. The breakfast prices were ridicolously to high. The same breakfast one block away was priced at 60 % less.

Clean rooms at any time of the day. Rapid and efficient answering to client's requests. Very kind and helpfull staff: The hotel bar have a good choice of alcohols, barman is friendly and professsional... best mohitos in Wroclaw, and lot of ideas and tips for night or day life in the city center from the barman.
