Very central hotel for a weekend break right near the main square

Breakfast was not included and when we enquired the price is was rather dear

Staff were very helpful, housekeeping especially were excellent and changed bedding for my sister who has a feather allergy.

Great hotel in Wroclaw center. Spacious rooms witth very comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone.

Large, clean and spacious room. Free wi-fi in the lobby and SPA under the glass roof. Good rate for room with minibar, Nespresso machine and internet connection included.

The hotel location is superb, right next to the city main square Rynek all the restaurants, bars and nightlife area, all happens here. The hotel is well serviced, always a taxi at the door and it has very good facilities. Did not try the restaurants in the hotel but they looked good. Having stayed in a double deluxe room was totally charmed by this amazing large bed, very comfortable. Hotel has all the required amenities, including an always working well maintained (also slightly crowded) spa including sauna, hammam, showers and a small jacuzzi. Massage available upon request not included in the price. Room service 24h available, slightly overpriced for Polish standards.

Staff assistance was average, a bit more was to be expected given the level of the remaining services and considering it is supposedly a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless that was a small minus when considering the rest. Also strange that they call your room asking if you want cleaning when you have placed the "do not disturb" sign outside the door.

A complete steal! Literally 2 minutes from the city center on foot. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Location and SPA.

1- Reception service: I booked 02 nights for 776 PLN, and suddenly I had to pay 923 PLN. after 30 min waiting in the morning ( I was late to my meeting) the receptionist said that they did mistake***** star hotel! 2- I had a invoice of a bottle of water ( 25 PLN) from my previous stay, that i never drink. The argument of the recptionist the hous keeper can make mistake*****star hotel. 3- Price of the breakfast completely from different planet 25 Euros. Food is also expensive. I recommend to go to the old town and you will pay at least twice cheaper!

Fanastic location. One minute walk from beautiful square. Would recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money. Very good location. Rooms are very clean and well equiped. Very quiet. Staff was very helpfull and gave room with the court side windows.

Food and drink in wroclaw is far less expensive than in the hotel. ie full polish breakfast at Zaks (in the town centre) is about £4, in the hotel it was about £20

It's clean, elegant, nice, staff polite and professional.

At the moment of the reservation they freezed me 100 euros from my credit card, without I knew that, for the extras. I didn't read it anywhere and I didn't sign anything to allowed Sofitel to do it.
