Sofitel Wroclaw Old Town

check-in ladies hadn't nice service and smile and we can't use your spa and sauna(you should control this before everyone live your hotel). the bottle of water will be charged if we drink too much....there isn''t 5 star hotel like here.

Wroclow old town has many multi coloured buildings which gives the impression of a fairy tale city. Sofitel is in heart of that old city. Many good eating resturants and pubs near by. Lively location.

I did not like Toiletries in bath room.

beautiful hotel. stayed in deluxe room with thr biggest most comfortable bed ive ever seen. staff were all very friendly and helpfull. would definately return. wroclaw is a very pretty town with lots of very nice restaurants.

Location was fantastic,hotel was clean and tidy,to be honest I thought it ticks all the boxes for a weekend break,,,i would recomend this hotel to all.the location was fantastic just off the the 2 squares ,,there is alot of taxis outside the hotel on the evening and , there are alot of bars across the road to the hotel.

Great value for money, very relaxing, enjoyed the spa facilities. Friendly helpful staff, will visit again.

The level of customer service. They were aware it was an anniversary, and made it extra special. The rooms are excellent. We will be traveling again in August with children and hope to stay again.

SPA, souna are included, massage on the 6th flor was awsome!

We loved everything about the hotel. This is a first class hotel with exceptional service and amenities. The staff were excellent and the location was exactly what we were looking for. The concierge went above and beyond all expectations to ensure that our stay was a wonderful experience. We travelled to Wroclaw to visit the X-mas markets. It was well worth seeing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hi from Limerick Ireland We stayed in the Sofitel from friday to monday Nov 2011.I must compliment the hotel staff they were polite helpful and courteous Rooms were beautiful and clean Mateusz (concierge) had arranged transport from airport to hotel and also walking tour on sunday.Taxi driver Ted and tour guide Antony were brilliant I was with six friends and we would recommend the hotel, staff, location to anybody that would like to visit Poland Cheers

Location. Wifi in hotel room is good and free (youtube no problem). Did not use ethernet cable in hotel room or internet via television. Wifi is not protected and easily detected.

Close to the main square. Helpful staff. Very nice bed.
