Отличное местоположение, своя парковка, всё очень добротно! Нет русских каналов по ТВ, интерактивное ТВ без возможности выбора русской дорожки. |

Окна номера выходили во внутреннй двор, поэтому было тихо и хороший вид. Невозможно подъехать на автомобиле. Полностью закомплексованный персонал, без навыков работы в отеле такого уровня. Обслуживание на завтраке - кошмар.Не убранные столы,нет реакции на посетителей, при этом официант тщательно гладил утюгом скатерть и т.п. |

The mini bar was excellent, the food in the hotel was lovely, the room was nice and spacious! I had a problem trying to remove the bath plug which resulted in me showering knee deep in water, although that was probably my own fault! |

The location was very convenient to the main square and the bed was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Satff were very helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone staying in Wroclaw. |

Location The Parking is operated by another company and the price for a car for 24hrs was almost half of the room price!!! The concierge was no able to order proper taxi! |

The modern design of the rooms were excellent, comfy, and had all our needs. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The only negative was noisy neighbours, music was coming from somewhere, either in the next room or other building on a sunday morning. |

Perfect central location for exploring old town. Our room was on the side street and was very noisy, double glazing did not keep out the noise. |

The room and beds were very comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated very close to the rynek. Staff were friendly. The fitness centre had treadmills but no gym equipment. |

Rate was competitve, but services such as complimentary (it wasn't) breakfast -85 each, parking at 100/day, and internet in room at 60/day we consider excessive. In addtion a third breakfast found its was onto our bill reference invoice 13952/H - we still have to fight about that. |

It was very central to shops and restaurants and the churches, city area. The hotel was excellent, but the staff could have been more happier and friendly towards its customers. Hardly a smile on their faces. |

comfortabel rooms and nice spa facilities, reasonable price At check-out they charged us more money than agreed upon reservation both for the room and for the parking. 19% VAT was supposed to be included in the price but finally it was not and we were charged extra. We paid by credit card and I did not like either that they only gave us the invoice until having signed the bill without seeing bill details. |

It's very central, modern and clean. The price was very good for the level the hotel claims to have. The staff (reception staff) is unfriendly and very arrogant. It's not a place you can go with your family. As they said "we are a business international hotel. We are not family oriented". |

Very clean and well run hotel. Staff were friendly and had all facilities. All the TV channels were in polish-didn't always cater for english speaking guests. |

Nothing to be honest The staff were not at all friendly in fact when we went for the rip off breakfast on the first morning the staff were fighting with each other as to who would see to us because we only speak english. Hence part of the reason we ate all our meals after this outside the hotel. |

great location, just few steps to the old town square. Room was equiped in tea/cofee set. There was whole no smoking floor my shampoo bottle was open and half used- so I had the feeling that the room was not cleaned well before my arrival. There was a hair on the bathroom floor, and one towel was wor nout. A door to my room wasn't closing well, they tried to fix it and in the end I couldnt open it at all. I complained few times to the hotel staff however there was no answer from the hotel's management. |
