Отличное местоположение, своя парковка, всё очень добротно! Нет русских каналов по ТВ, интерактивное ТВ без возможности выбора русской дорожки. |

Окна номера выходили во внутреннй двор, поэтому было тихо и хороший вид. Невозможно подъехать на автомобиле. Полностью закомплексованный персонал, без навыков работы в отеле такого уровня. Обслуживание на завтраке - кошмар.Не убранные столы,нет реакции на посетителей, при этом официант тщательно гладил утюгом скатерть и т.п. |

comfortabel rooms and nice spa facilities, reasonable price At check-out they charged us more money than agreed upon reservation both for the room and for the parking. 19% VAT was supposed to be included in the price but finally it was not and we were charged extra. We paid by credit card and I did not like either that they only gave us the invoice until having signed the bill without seeing bill details. |

It's very central, modern and clean. The price was very good for the level the hotel claims to have. The staff (reception staff) is unfriendly and very arrogant. It's not a place you can go with your family. As they said "we are a business international hotel. We are not family oriented". |

Very clean and well run hotel. Staff were friendly and had all facilities. All the TV channels were in polish-didn't always cater for english speaking guests. |

Nothing to be honest The staff were not at all friendly in fact when we went for the rip off breakfast on the first morning the staff were fighting with each other as to who would see to us because we only speak english. Hence part of the reason we ate all our meals after this outside the hotel. |

great location, just few steps to the old town square. Room was equiped in tea/cofee set. There was whole no smoking floor my shampoo bottle was open and half used- so I had the feeling that the room was not cleaned well before my arrival. There was a hair on the bathroom floor, and one towel was wor nout. A door to my room wasn't closing well, they tried to fix it and in the end I couldnt open it at all. I complained few times to the hotel staff however there was no answer from the hotel's management. |

It's right in the town centre and for the price I paid is excellant value for a 5 star. The staff were really helpfull and polite even though we arrived much later than we had planned. |

The beds were very comfortable, nice and dark room, quiet. Location is excelllent to watch a movie on the hotel channel you had to pay 25 euro's, a complete ripp off! |

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt,alles ist in fußbarer Nähe trotzdem kann man wunderbar dort schlafen weil alle Zimmer zum Atriumhof liegen.Frühstück excellent.Parkhaus vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden,auch nach Reklamation wurde es nicht geschafft den Defekt zu beheben.Abschaltung nur durch öffnen des Fensters.Wellnessbereich vorhanden , aber sehr klein. |
