Restaurant was good and convenient, especially after driving all day. The room was dark (overhead lighting was insufficient) and there was only one lamp near the bed.

We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned. When we asked either in English or in Slovak, which is very similar to Polish, if this is normal, the stuff insisted that they do not understand what we mean. Also, the breakfast was quite poor, they made us feel us we are disturbing the cleaning from the previous night.

удобство подезда с автобана наволочки на подушках дырявые, телевизора нет, завтрак не супер, персонал за завтраком он же ресепшен с лицом как будто ему на срать на все. хотя ночью нас встретил нормальный вежливый парень!

Très facile d'accès vers le centre-ville (15 mn en voiture), pas de bouchons pour l'aller ni au retour. Les poussières n'étaient pas faites, les serviettes ne sont pas changés au cours du séjour. J'ai retrouvé une guêpe dans ma soupe.

Dość dobra lokalizacja niedaleko zjazdu z autostrady. Samochodem tylko kilka minut do centrum. Dość dobre śniadanie. Sympatyczna obsługa. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Dostęp do internetu. Byliśmy tu w zeszłym roku i zdecydowanie się pogorszył standard. Pokoje sprzątane dość pobierznie bez sprzątania w dniach pobytu.

Cisza i spokój - byle nie w sobotę (wesela!!!). Sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Blisko lotniska. Duży letni ogród restauracji, w tym plac zabaw dla dzieci. Miejsce kompletnie na uboczu, ale przy ruchliwej szosie. Pokoje duże, ale nieco duszne - na poddaszu.

Отличная польская кухня. Номера просторные и достаточно комфортные для такой цены. Мы останавливались в отеле путешествуя на автомобиле. Для пеших туристов не очень удобно, потому что добраться до центра Кракова можно только на автобусе и потом на трамвае( или такси(30 злотых=300 рублей). Персонал достаточно приветливый, но есть проблема с языками. На русском понимать отказывались, но английски говорили не все. Была сломана кнопка унитаза и отвалилась одна плитка в ванной комнате, не было полотенцесушителя.

cerca del aeropuerto Nos costó mucho encontrarlo, incluso con el navegador GPS. habitación bastante mediocre, oscura y con luces fundidas. Desayuno normalucho.

Зручне розташування для тих хто подорожує автомобілем. Але, і без автомобіля до міста добраттись зручно автобусом. Поряд місця для прогулянок на велосипеді, річка, вольський ліс, міський зоопарк. У готелі гарний ресторан з привабливими цінами та великим вибором страв. Дуже великий ресторан. Є відкртий майданчик. Зручна власна парковка. Дитячій майданчик у дворі. Треба мати на увазі, шо це не зовсім готель. В першу чергу це ресторан, а готельні номери до нього у додатку. Такий собі гостинний двір. Заклад часто замовляється для банкетів та весіль. У випадку весілля музика гремітиме до глибокої ночі и вас про це ніхто не попередить. Прибирання в номері на вимогу.

Nikt wcześniej Nas nie uprzedził, że będzie huczne przyjęcie weselne w całej restauracji - a hotel jest bardzo malutki i nie wyobrażam sobie zaśnięcia dokładnie nad salą weselną. Podczas wesela nie można absolutnie korzystać z hotelu. Obsługa zastrzegła, że nie będzie żadnego umniejszenia ceny! Wesele zajmowało całą i jedyną salę restauracyjną-więc nie było możliwości zjedzenia kolacji. Dodatkowo wychodząc z pokoju trzeba było przejść przez restaurację, co w tej sytuacji komplikuje zwiedzanie miasta - cel naszej podróży. Proponowane Nam 2 pokoje miały "spartańskie" wyposażenie, wąskie małe tapczany i były ciemne (maluteńkie okno). Zdjęcia reklamowe hotelu zdecydowanie zawyżają kiepski stanu faktyczny. Klasa obiektu to: Restauracja z pokojami gościnnymi.

Przykro, ale nie było takich rzeczy bo zostały zamazane przez rzeczy które się nie podobały wyrwane gniazdko, brak zasłon, pajęczyna na suficie, czekoladka pod łóżkiem, w łazience wędrujące robaczki, wydeptana, zaplamiona i brudna ze starości wykładzina, ślady brudu wokół kontaktów. Woda w łazience nie spływa, szklana pólka pod lustrem zamocowana "na papier", korek brodzika i umywalki nie do wyjęcia po włożeniu (brak elementu baterii) Śniadanie oszczędne. Czas na odświeżenie hotelu. Zdjęcia na stronie WWW przenoszą nas w inny świat. Po wejściu do pokoju czar pryska
