Location (close to hiking and biking tracks), inexpensive and spacy room (at least the one we stayed in). Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of flies in the restaurant during the breakfast. |

The room was lovely, lots of wood, and the balcony was very welcome as it was very hot the day I arrived. It also had a very pleasant outlook, with a stream running below and forests all around. If you really want a quiet place to relax then this is the place to come, in spite of the problems I had (see below) but don't expect gourmet food. There was a storm the first night, the electricity to my room was knocked out for over 14 hrs and the roof started to leak. The only staff on (it was over a weekend) were young girls who couldn't speak English and one of the other guests kindly translated for them the issues I was having (one of the other reviewers obviously had a different set of staff). I wasn't offered any alternatives (only some parts of the hotel were without electricity) and could not find out when the problems would be rectified. I'm not so insular as to expect everybody to have perfect English, however I feel that by marketing themselves on an international website, there should be one member of staff in a position to answer queries/resolve issues. |

We booked a single and a double room for a family of 4 (these were apparently the last rooms available) but either room was large enough for all of us with a mezzanine bedroom for 2 children as well as a balcony. Location is good for mountain walks and is away from the crowds of Zakopane. Very friendly young staff with good English. Free parking, internet, table football. Overall good value at £60/nt for B&B for a family. Breakfast buffet was OK, though consistently late to open, but the evening meals were not good - lots of deep-fried and microwaved items and nothing fresh. The Lesniczowka restaurant (1 mile west on main road) was way better and highly recommended. Hotel has a mountain stream on one side and three huge dusty carparks on the other (its a very popular starting point for day-hikes). Jacuzzi in listing was not available during our stay. No kettle in rooms so no morning coffee until breakfast at 8:15-8:30. |

Great place to stay if you want to stay away from downtown zakopane, but enjoy the mountains and polish dishes. We could not find any public phone in the the hotel or nearby. |

W hotelu czysto, pokoje czyste. Śniadanie w cenie - bardzo dobre. Stosunkowo niska cena pokoju 2os. Miła obsługa / Clean and tidy hotel and rooms, nice breakfast included in room price. Also quite cheap room rates. W pokoju było chłodno (ale nie zimno) i nie dało się bardziej go ogrzać. W bufecie na śniadaniu było zimno! / Room was quite cool (but not cold) and I couldn't heat it more. In buffet during breakfast was cold! |

Förbindelser till/från hotellet var bra. Vi fick bra frukost, öppen brasa, litet värmeelement på rummet, bra läge ute i jätte fina omgivningar, tomt på hotellet och det gjorde det lite spännande. Rent badrum. Det finns jacuzzi och bastu. Personalen var lite väl frånvarande. Enda gången vi såg personalen var när vi åt frukost. Annars var det lite som ett spökhotell. Därav blev det svårt att få någon hjälp via hotellet. Lite dyrty att använda jacuzzin eller bastun. Hård säng. |

Ciepła atmosfera pokoi. Balkon z ładnym widokiem. Salon z dodatkową wersalką i stołem. Ciągła ciepła woda. Śniadaniowy bufet. Pojemne szafy. Ładne umiejscowienie choć daleko od Zakopanego (zatem pełno busów). W pokojach było dość zimno i choć był to Wrzesień, a pogoda w nocy bliska 0 stopni, to Hotel nie był ogrzewany. Kosz nie był dziennie opróżniany, także jak i ręczniki i pościel. Brak środków czystości (mydło, szampon). |

Ruime kamers met een groot balkon. Prima ontbijtpakket voor onderweg (op verzoek). Eigen parking. Direct afrekenen bij aankomst. Personeel spreekt weinig Engels. Sanitair niet schoon. Beddengoed verouderd. Bar vroeg dicht. Ontbijt en diner matig. |

The hotel is located quite close by driving to Zakopane center. It is a nice quiet wooden hotel. The cleaness is rather medium level. The flys at the bufe breakfast really bothered us, as not all the food way covered against the flys... |

L'ambiance "chalet" de l'hôtel, les 2 bouteilles d'eau à notre disposition dans la chambre. Tous les services sont payants (sauna, billard...). Le personnel était peu accueillant. |

Hotel polożony w bardzo atrakcyjnym miejscu. Pokoje nie zaduże ale za to bardzo ładnie urzadzone. Obsługa kompetentna i zawsze się starała pomóc w razie problemów. Śnadania w formie bufetu były w porzadku (było w czym wybierać). Ogólnie hotel godny polecenia. |
