Die wenigen Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht, Haus u. Einrichtung sind stilvoll, Lage ist ruhig u. ideal für die Erkundung der Gegend. Das Hotel wirkt heruntergewirtschaftet, es gab entgegen der Beschreibung keinen Swimming Pool, keinen Weinkeller, Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl war klein (trotz großer Karte), kaum Personal, Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht, lediglich Handtücher gewechselt. |

Nettes kleines Schlosshotel, liebevoll eingerichtet und inklusive Schlosskatze. Man spricht Deutsch. Das Zimmer nett eingerichtet, das Bett hatte keine Besucherritze :-) Geräumiges Bad, alles sauber. Durchschnittliches Frühstück, man wird satt. Inklusive Parkplatz und Fahrradverleih. Für einen Wochenendtrip sehr zu empfehlen. |

Uns hat die Lage und die unmittelbare Nähe des Reiterhofs gefallen. Auch das Gelände des Hotels ist sehr gut gestaltet. |

déjeûner et repas étaient excellents le cadre idyllique le calme était de mise bien sûr nous étions hors saison? En tant qu'étranger, la cordialité de l'ensemble du personnel n'était pas toujours d'application . Le client doit plus aller vers eux que eux chez le client . Au point de vue chauffage celui ci n'était pas toujours allumé hors qu'il y avait des nuits de +/-5degrés et 14 max en journée. Il me semble que pour un établissement de cette renommée on pourrait avoir du chauffage ! |

Bliskość stadnin koni, oddalenie od centrum miasta, rewelacyjne jedzenie, cisza, cisza, cisza i ... pawie chodzące pomiędzy nami pod hotelem Mieszkaliśmy na ostatnim piętrze hotelu, wnoszenie walizek to horror. Nikt z obsługi nie zaproponował nam pomocy, to praktycznie jedyne zastrzeżenie. |

Nichts. Die Zimmer sind eng und falsch möbliert. Keine vernünftigen Schränke für die Sachen. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Es ist ungeschult. Im Restaurant Steak in Wassersoße. Mineraöwasser in 1,5 ltr. Plastikflasche auf dem Tisch. Überall im Hotel stehen Sacher rum (Leiter, Radiator). Unordentlich und unaufgeräumt. |

Das Gebäude, der Park und die Lage am See Die Unaufmerksamkeit des Personals am Frühstücksbuffet.Die Mietvelos waren in schlechtem Zustand und im ganzen Haus war keine funktionierende Luftpumpe vorhanden. In meinem Bett fand ich ein leres päckchen von Antibabypillen, da stellt sich dann schon die Frage ob die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde oder nicht.Zeitweise lag ein seltsamer Geruch im Hotel und im Park der vom Rauch des Schornsteins kam |

Flott hotell, utenfor den verste turiststrømmen. Det hadde vært greit om noen personalet hadde tatt en tur innom rommet de dagene vi var der. Slik det gjøres på vesteuropeiske hotell. |
