Good restaurant, excellent food, friendly staff!

Extremely cold in hotel room - central heating instalation was shut down, in april when outside temperature was near 0 degree!

Beautiful old castle is really impressive. Worth a visit, see and spend the night.

Different standard of rooms, what should be forgiven-in the end we are in the old castle

room was as friendly as a prison cell, cable tv didn't work , no attempt to have us moved into another room, was told : must be ur room only..."

Thank goodness for Google Translator! Staff spoke limited English and none of the materials or tours were translated into English. It proved to be a fun adventure! Also, the hotel only took zloty or credit cards. Many US military families travel with euro only.

The site is marvellous and the area is quite nice. The restaurant is excellent and prices are quite reasonable. The personnel is very friendly

We missed a booklet with the castle history and the possibility to have a guided tour in English. I would suggest to cut the young trees that are spoling the gorgeous view over the lake. We would have loved dancing in the magnificent ball room if there had been some music.

The most beautiful location — we arrived late at night and the old medieval castle looked stunning from the outside. A quiet and magical place to stay in this are of Poland.  The place is very attractive, and staffed by attentive employees (especially a young smiley waitress called Kasia).   The history of the castle is great and full of legends (the director herself took us on a tour through the castle!) We took part in the Nights Sightseeing as well!

We booked way ahead and 3 other couples joined in - we were all so disappointed! We were not informed of a huge 50+ group of children staying for some kind of Harry Potter thing. They were loud, running all over the hotel and outside keeping us from sleeping. Receptionist didn't care-very rude. Our friends left after 1 night and were forced to pay for the night they didn't stay. No hot water in the morning, lousy housekeeping, horrible bed. The food in the restaurant was ok, they didn't have a lot of what was on the menu, rude waiter on our 2nd night. So, so breakfast. Definitely NOT worth the price. I would NOT recommend you bother staying here - castle or not. Tours are right outside your room anyway!

This is a wonderful place to visit with young knight/princess, if you have one.

Amazing ambiance - opportunity to stay in a genuine castle.

charming place, beautiful countryside, excellent food in the castle's restaurant. very good beer in the court cafe ( kisses for the lady barmaid ). promenades in boat on the lake.

no window curtains in the bathroom. you may feel bit naked while sitting on the throne. the same in the room. so i if don't enjoy the 5 o 'clock morning sun......

Przepiękny zamek w pięknej scenerii przyrody.Łatwy dojazd i możliwość noclegu.

Pierwsza noc spędzona w obskurnych warunkach na czwartym piętrze bez umywalki,na skrzypiących łóżkach. Łazienka z uszkodzoną kabiną prysznicową i uszkodzoną baterią umywalki.Wymiana pokoju dopiero po interwencji.

Sam zamek jest połozony w bardzo urokliwym miejscu

Spędziliśmy w Zamku tylko jedną noc, ale trudno byłoby nie zauważyć bardzo miłej i profesjonalnej obsługi zarówno na recepcji jak i w restauracji. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Zamek ma bardzo malownicze położenie. Cisza, spokój i piękne krajobrazy oraz klimat tajemniczości.

Nie było rzeczy, które by nam się nie podobały.

Die alte Burg ist sehenswert und von der Ausstattung dementsprechend

- Bei Ankunft gegen 15:00 war das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig - Die Zentralheizung funktionierte nicht Zimmer war kalt und wurde notdürftig mit einem Ölradiator und einem elektr.Heizer erwärmt.Für unser Kleinkind(3 Jahre) nicht vorteilhaft.Die Betten ware miserabel und knarrten bei jeder Bewegung,daß man davon wach wurde.Lage des Zimmers,in der 4.Etage ( 95 Stufen ),sollte bei künftigen Angeboten erwähnt werden. Unsere Abreise erfolgte auf Grund der genannten Mängel bereits einen Tag früher, trotzdem Bezahlung des vollen Preises.Eine Empfehlung ja,aber nicht diese Zimmerkategorie

piękna architektura, bardzo duża ilość zachowanych oryginalnych ( głównie drewnianych) elementów wystroju wnętrz. Bardzo życzliwa obsługa.

Fantastyczne miesce:) bardzo ładnie utrzymany zamek, goście mają dostęp do każdego zamarku. Przemiły personel, pyszne śniadanie, bardzo czysto w całym obiekcie. Pomimo, iz w opisie jest "wspólna łazienka" jedynie toaleta była na korytarzu, natomiast w pokoju była umywalka I kabina prysznicowa, czyściutkie ręczniki, podstawowe kosmetyki:) Pokój mały ale schludnie urządzony I funkcjonalny. Oprócz niskiej temperatury w pokoju, złego słowa powiedzieć nie można. Zdecydowanie polecam:)

1. Bark oświetlenia obiektu nocą, co uniemozliwia jakiekolwiek spacery po zmroku 2. zaparkowane samochodu na dziedzińcu 3. nasz pokój (economy-nr 219) wyposażony był w jedno "zamkowe" okienko, przez które niesamowicie wiało, przez co temperatura w pokoju wieczorem wynosiła kilkanaście stopnii i nic nie dawał ogromny kaloryfer w pokoju

Hotel zlokalizowany w pięknie położonym ogromnym zamku.

Pokoje bez toalety w obecnych czasach zadziwiają. Z uwagi na lokalizacje (grube mury) należy być przygotowanym na chłód w pokojach. Słabe śniadanie.

On se prend volontiers pour des chatelains dans un tel château qu'on peut d'ailleurs visiter... personnel absolument charmant, décidément c'est un peuple vraiment gentil . Pas d'arnaque touristique avec des prix débils, la pologne est encore authentique ;o)

pas de rideau dans la chambre donc en hiver ça va mais... l'été on est réveillé tôt.
