El personal de l'hotel és molt antipàtic. Només van voler parlar-nos en polonès I no es van esforçar per fer-se entendre. Hi havia obres a fora de l'hotel amb el soroll que això comporta. En queixar-nos es van desentendre, van fer veure que no ens entenien I no ens van voler canviar l'habitació.

очень хорошее расположение отеля,на красивом канале с историческим разводным мостом.недалеко отлично оборудованный пляж красивый замок 13 века реставрируется,в 7 утра грохот,стройка,грязь.будет закончен в 2013г.сервис в отеле оч.средний,но персонал улыбается,приятно.не было обещанного шведского стола на завтрак
