Stay in a magnificent Neo-Renaissance castle, located at the end of a long avenue with Linden trees, in the peaceful, small village of Kliczków. Kliczków Castle Conference & Leisure Centre is a completely restored castle combines period features and modern facilities throughout. The bright and comfortable rooms have all been decorated with great attention to detail and include free internet access. In these beautiful surroundings you can enjoy hiking, mushroom-picking and horse riding, or rent a bicycle from the hotel to explore more of the area. Once back at the hotel you can choose amongst a wide range of invigorating health and beauty treatments in the spa, or enjoy a swim in the gorgeous pool. The castle also features an excellent restaurant comprising 3 grand halls, and a café which opens out onto the courtyard in summer. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. The grounds were very nice they had a nice pool though we didn't use it. The room temp was on the chilly side - the heat was off for the season. It would have been nice to have more Polish pottery informational brochures available.

The facility itself was very nice. Best Thing---the food was excellent-- very much enjoyed the buffet for dinner and breakfast. It was not clean but comfortable. The staff were very rude and even yelled at us about parking arraingments. In addition there was a wedding the same week-end we booked with 6 couples and the hotel did not add any extra staff for service so checking in was long process; getting a cafe or drink was even longer process with only one staff.

Urzekająca atmosfera I architektura. Ciekawie zbudowany zamek otoczony ładnym parkiem zachęcającym do spacerów. Przepięknie odrestaurowane pomieszczenia - szczególnie sale wykorzystywane jako konferencyjne. Wygodne pokoje, chociaż dojście do niektórych z nich bardzo długie. Utrudniona komunikacja pomiedzy pomieszczeniami zamku w zależności od położenia pokoju. Może się okazać, że skorzystanie z usług restauracji będzie wymagało przejścia przez dziedziniec. Tak samo zakwaterowani w innej części hotelu będą musieli przejść na przykład na basen. Przy niesprzyjającej pogodzie jest to kłopotliwe. śNiadania z wystarczającym wyborem, ale niestety dania na ciepło ledwo letnie. Cena dość wysoka, ale cóż - jeśli ktoś chce nocować w zamku, to płaci.

Piękne położenie w bliskości lasu I rzeki , ciekawe trasy rowerowe, niedaleko do pieknej starówki w Goerlitz . Bardzo smaczna I staranna kuchnia - zarówno sniadania jak I dania z karty , uprzejma , kompetentna I szybka obsługa kelnerska. Przyzwoita oferta I jakość zabiegów spa . Mały pokój, niedostateczne oświetlenie, telewizorek malutki I stary z trzema polskimi programami / niemieckich obfitośc/, nie ma lodówki I minibaru /jest obudowa/ .w łazience zniszczone kafelki ,brak wieszaków na szlafroki, miejsca na kosmetyki. Za szlafroki I rowery /nie najnowsze I nie najsprawniejsze / trzeba dodatkowo płacić . Osobny rozdział to niektóre recepcjonistki - prymitywne, niekompetentne I baaardzo nieuprzejme. Nie możliwosci podjechania samochodem I wypakowania bagaży w okolice recepcji hotelowej. W naszej ocenie standard co najwyzej ***.

Wir haben jeden Tag die Schwimmhalle und Sauna besucht, es war sehr sauber und warm. Das Essen war sehr gut und gut serviert. Wir haben Entspannung und Ruhe gesucht und gefunden. das Zimmer etwas klein und die Betten kann man nicht zusammen schieben.

Bardzo fajny hotel I miła atmosfera. Zabytkowe otoczenie. Duży minus to dostęp do internetu, w tej kwestii czas się zatrzymał jakieś 10 lat temu.

Attractive historic (castle/chateau) building, well restored, in spacious grounds. Average but comfortable rooms. Reception staff could speak English. Buffet style food service, for dinner as well as breakfast.

Tolle ruhige Lage, geräumige Zimmer, nettes Personal z.Teil auch deutsch oder englischsprachig, gutes Freizeitangebot (Kutschfahrten, Reiten, Wellness, Spaziergänge),Kinderspielzimmer, Kinderkarte und Malzeug am Tisch, großer wohltemperierter Pool, Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer, das ideale Hotel für eine romantischen Schlossurlaub, gute Auswahl an landestypischen und internationalen Speisen und Getränken- uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, Anreise war leicht, da Zamek Klitschkow schon kurz nach Autobahnabfahrt ausgeschildert ist, keine Minibar bzw. Kühlschrank, Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden (Nachttische waren sehr staubig)

The atmosphere. The decor. The room for children. The food was not top notch. I didnt like the buffet. It had traditional polish food with an oriental twist. Not a winning combination.

Historic location and setting. Overall a very good experience in a surprisingly out of the way location. It was almost a top class experience. Some staff were excellent but some a bit lacking ( cursory or dissinterested ). Some meals were very good but others a bit bland and vegetables very limited and not fresh.
