San Juan Airport Hotel  

Easy access especially when connecting to another flight in San Juan.

Entrance to the hotel.

if you have an early flight, this is the place to stay.

Mattress was rock hard. Shoulders are killing me.

Great location, nice employees

Convenience Free breakfast was OK ... It offered pretty standard fare for budget hotels now days, but your attendant did an excellent job of keeping things very clean and freshly stocked.

The restaurant is pretty minimal, and eating options in the air terminal are almost nil after about 6:00pm.

The housekeeping service, I stayed two nights with my husband with one washcloth. I told the front desk who was nonchalant about the lack of communication.

The staff was so friendly and that we could check our bags in before we could check in, and the room was spotless, and i loved that the rooms had IHomes for the clock/radio's.

The room was small for the price we paid, so i do wish it was a little cheaper, but nothing that would stop me from staying again. I also wish that inside the coffee condiment packages, there would be 2 packages of the creamer instead of one, or putting 4 condiment packages instead of two :)

Convenience of staying directly at the airport. Carla was very helpful in changing us to a bigger room.

Wanted a late checkout but was told the airport was entirely booked, which I'm sure it wasn'T.

It was quiet, convenient, and I was comfortable.

The staff did not acknowledge me when I first entered the hotel. She was on the phone and completely ignored me. I got the impression that she didn't think I could be staying at the hotel, but I was traveling all week and that was the last leg of my trip. I would try not to stay at your hotel anymore even though apart from that my stay was ok.

Costly. Small rooms for the price.

Convenience to airport, good continental breakfast, laundry facilities available, comfortable room. WiFi without a password.

1) Sunlight came into room under the drapes in the morning. 2) We waited an hour after they said they were going to open our safe, but no one came.

The restaurant was lovely

I was charged twice and the staff were in credibly rude and I am still trying to get my refund. Will never stay there again

Proximity to the airport and local beaches

Staff very poor when asked to address issues regarding the room. Our safe was not functioning properly and we asked if someone can repair it for we had valuables we wanted to store. No one ever showed up after (3) calls to front desk.

The location in the terminal was great for late night or early morning flights. It's clean, although a little older.

The location in the terminal was hard to find late at night from the opposite end of the airport - no signs until we got closer. Rooms are very small.
