Casa Condado Hotel  

Found a cocharoach in the bathroom. Limited amenities. No elevator.

I really enjoyed the location and it's proximity to Ashford Avenue, and two blocks from the beach. Walking distance to Ocean Park, R21 Bus stop across from Walgreens on Ashford Ave. The cleanliness of my room. The hotel is a non-smoking entirely. The informative staff who were bilingual and great location.

Facilities were appropriate for the price. Front desk personnel very attentive and friendly.

You need to improve the arrangement with the Parking Co. outside of your premises.

I liked that it was centrally located. Near restaurants, the beach and shopping.

Check in time is 3:00pm and and check out is at noon so basically you are paying for a full day and you are not able to get into your room. Also, it advertised breakfast. A muffin, cold cereal, toast, cheese Danish, tea and coffee is not breakfast. It is a continental breakfast.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The safe in the room was a big help.

The walls in hotel are paper thin.

nice hotel in a convenient location near the beach and other services such as restaurants, shops, etc. the staff was extremely helpful. clean simple room which was nicely furbished in a simple, modernish style. The shower was a little outdated, but total feeling from the hotel is very good!

-Concrete floor in shower -only bathroom supplies for one -no tissues -dirty, dirty blanket -bad room lighting -tv didn't work -misleading pictures of hotel -unsanitary storage of food for free breakfast in closet with other hotel storage -breakfast and coffee very bad -stay at LaConcha instead... It's worth the extra price

My wife and I love the staff they where all very friendly and helpful the entire staff went above and beyond to help with whatever is needed Keep up the good work I look forward to staying again.

Checking in and out was a pain with the staff, bad info on parking and no place to park while checking in

I took my daughter to pr for her 45th birthday. We selected Casa Condado based on location and price. The hotel and the room were clean. The location was a short block to the bus stop and walking distance to the main shopping district of Condado. For convenience this hotel is a good choice; however only offers the bare minimum.

The staff was excellent except for one particular staff member, Sarah, was extremely rude. I walked out for a day of sightseeing at 8am and asked if our room was ready for housekeeping. I said yes. Upon returning at 6pm the room had not been touched. Returning to the desk and presenting my problem to Sarah, she just shrugged her shoulders. No apology, no offer if I needed anything. I then had to ask for some clean towels. Another issue was the air conditioning which was a wall unit the occupant sets at their desired temperature. It did not function properly. Although it was cooler in the room than outside, it was not as cool as I would have preferred it for sleeping. This hotel does not have a pool which is much needed after a day of sightseeing. This is a good hotel if you are on a budget and should not be priced above $80 per night; although upon leaving I saw a sign on the desk that rooms were going for $135. For that price you may as well go somewhere else with a pool.

As a business traveler, I have the opportunity to stay in high-end hotels. This visit was a leisure holiday and I wanted a small hotel, good location, friendly staff and a clean room, nothing more. This was exactly what I got. I enjoyed the continential breafast. When I wanted something a little more, there's a corner store across the street. They make a typical American/Puerto Rican style breakast for less than $6.00, and with tables to dine in. Meet some locals there and offer to show me around on my next visit....exactly what I was hoping for. This small hotel has a feeling of home and I love the second floor deck. Someone had issues with the shower floor. The floor is met to look that way. The cement is well sealed, so not to worry about the mildew look. I will stay there again.

Not a dislike, but a small dresser and additional outlet to plug things into would have been a bonus. However, I managed.

The hotel is located near the beach, walgreens, a bunch of restaurants with busy nightlife, and had a nice breakfast area to hang out in. The room was very clean but basic. For the price, it was a good deal and would recommend staying here.

The shower would be either hot or cold with no in between.

It was very very affordable, comfortable, & clean.

I like the fact that it is a a boutique hotel very conveniently located in the heart of El Condado district of San Juan. The building itself looks very nice and the rooms are very decent for the rates that it goes for.

The parking situation where one has to pay $15 to park overnight. The staff is friendly though some of the reception personnel do display some form of an attitude at times.

It has a good location, just 2-3 blocks from Ashford Ave and the beach. The people were very friendly & helpful.

The WiFi was in-and-out. There was only one electrical outlet in the room, and it was not beside the bed. (There were additional outlets in the bathroom, however.)

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, basic and simple. It was a very good price for the location which was situated just walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Old San Juan. The continental breakfast provides was simple enough for the start of the day. Our room smelt like a soggy mop when we return the first night and they changed our rooms rightaway without any questions asked and no charge at all. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my stay at Casa Condado Hotel.
