Jesus and Christopher were very helpful and made our stay wonderful .
Jesus went out of his way to help us in many ways. He was kind, polite and very knowledgeable of the area and the city.
The common area was zen like and very relaxing. Water available at the reception, great location 2 blocks away from the beach. There is a Starbucks around the corner which was great.
The room was dark and small. The shower pressure was inexistant, literally one drop at a time( I have long hair, it was hard to wash it after a day at the beach), had to leave it open for some time to get hot water. The ac unit was above the night stand, basically you can't have it on while sleeping and it had mold between the wall and vent :/ I get it you get for what you pay but mold is a little too much. The bed was not comfy at all we were both sucked into the center
The hotel was in the vicinity of where I went to do business............ but so are others.
1) receptionist not always present 2) cannot get help when needed 3)outdoor surroundings always seem to be untidy. 4) continental breakfast is poor 5) A/C in the room was very noisy and could not sleep. 6) no phone in the room to contact the front desk when needed. 7)Too expensive for the service rendered,. etc etc etc etc.
Bed was good, AC worked well, good shower head.
This place needs a good cleaning. The wi-fi didn't work in the room, and it didn't work so well in the common areas. The outdoor lounge chairs were not clean. Breakfast was juice, cereal, pastries, toast.
The a/c, free internet, bed size
I Didn't like the fact i did not get breakfast cause i woke up after 10am.
Loved the front area during the day & at night. The bed was super comfy. Every time I layed in it I fell straight to sleep.
The breakfast.. But I'm more of an eggs & bacon kind of person so that doesn't really mean much.
It was a decent location. Close to the beach.
Spend a few dollars more and go someplace better. Light fixtures were broken. Sheets were stained and ripped. The beds were tired and uncomfortable. Rooms were missing smoke detectors. Some of the windows were broken in the open position.
The place had everything we wanted. AC, wifi, big comfy beds, blankets(which are rare in PR), and hot water! The place was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I locked my keys in the room.
Breakfast was a bit weak. Only bread, some muffins, and cereal.
Nice place. Privacy as full and very closed from restaurant and beaches.
The courtyard and breakfst area are very nice, even if the rooms are low budget. It is a block from a decent beach, and centrally located in a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The hotel manager recommended Orozco's for the best typical local food. There is a 24 hour Walgreen's, and a parking lot across the street for $17/day. Plenty of police in the area make for good security. The best part? There are coquis *everywhere*, especially in front of the Marriott...the sound on city streets makes for a surreal experience.
The rooms are low budget, hallways are a bit musty/smoky, and the cable gave out during our stay. Good place if you just need a place to stay while exploring.
The staff is friendly but not helpful. Feel safe generally
Dirty, shower water is very bad
Nice surroundigs, very friendly staff
Was not able open the window. Sun blinder at room No. 4 was broken down, so so day light in the room ;-)
Small tropical garden and water features. Good location from the beach.
A little general maintenance would improve facilities.
The location is good, next to the Marriott & a couple of miles from the Old City. Its clean & the alcove gives a quaint atmosphere. The room was clean & the wifi was great.great
The room was spartan: there was a bed, TV & 2 chairs & that's it. The breakfast is simple: cereal, donuts & the like... There's no parking - I parked on the street & got 2 tickets overnight. Its basically a college environment - its not quite a flair of Puerto Rico.
The pictures advertised left a false impression that the hotel was on the beach. It was not. The rating left the impression that this was a 3-4 star hotel. It was really a 1 star, if that. The room was okay for a $30 a night place. There were fees in addition to the Booking.com charges. I felt that the advertised image was no where near the reality. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone else as a good value. It was not.
Everyone was so nice and helpful with everything. I definiatly was greeting on a daily bases was leaving or entering the facility. No noise, it was perfect for a relaxing vacation.
It was a convenient location.
The room, furniture in it and general maintenance was a bit run-down.
Did not feel very secure/safe staying here at all. We only stayed one short night, but if it had been any longer, we would have changed hotels.
There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Nevertheless the hotel was worth the money..
the location is really good
i got some really bad bites in the first night, and then we changed to another room.
located on a good location.
Bed and Breakfast located in the Tropical Land of Puerto Rico, room was a little gloom on dark deco.
Didn't feel we got the value for what we paid. Too expensive for what it was. We ended up staying at another BB the last night in PR and it was the same price and the experience was much better. Again, Casa Caribe was not bad but it was very expensive for what it was.
