Everything, especially the service, and dinner menue!
WiFi not avail in room; but no big deal!
The staff was wonderful, appreciated the convenience of the on-site pool, had the chance to meet the owners who seemed to be involved with the management of the facility. Carlos, the major domo, was most pleasant and accomodating as were the other staff members.
Inconsistency of the restaurant and bar being open
Location Staff was friendly
The bed was broken. Yes actually broken and held together with a piece of plywood. No coffee maker in the room, no way to even make a cup of tea if desired. At this price I would expect wifi in the room not just public areas.
the restaurant was decent individual buildings gave more privacy
staff was hard to find roosters woke us up at 5:30
Very quiet, peaceful place where me n my wife spend time on a getaway, loved it!
Just what we were looking for. A beautiful place to relax. The patios with the hammocks are very soothing. The food is excellent. The staff is amazing. we wanted to go again in November 7th, 2014, but it is all booked for this weekend.
Facilities. No restaurant. Bar. Much too expensive. To offer nothing
Club Seaborne is a great place to go for complete relaxation. Hammocks throughout the grounds beg you to slow down and slip into another dimension. A kayak is available free of charge for a morning trip around the bay. And lastly, the restaurant has amazing fish...the best ceviche I've ever had!
This was the best decision we made on my trip to Puerto Rico. The property was beautiful, well cared for and the staff mad us feel so welcomed. #LOVE
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. The grounds are kept clean as well.
They only have a few bikes and kayaks for the amount of guest that stay there.
The staff are simply the best, from pickup at the airport to one of the most original and outstanding interpretations of Puerto Rican cuisine. At Gio's Bistro, Gio is a one-of-a-kind chef. He knows what Puerto Rican cooking is about, but he also knows what Tapas are about. The result is an original synthesis of Puerto Rican dishes and Tapas, where small portions highlight the elegant flavors of multiple Puerto Rican dishes.
The bathroom retain some of the ad hoc funkiness of the original structure. They are ok, but are less impressive than the bedrooms.
They have "free breakfast", but you need to order something in the menu. Then, you need to wait forever!!! We try to start our breakfast around 9:30am, but we finnally have our "lunch" aroung 11:30am!!! Did they try buy the materials?? Just a simple omelet!!! It wastes our time for our vocotion plan! Very bad memory of it in this trip!
The property is beautiful and a nice quiet retreat. Carlos, Gio and the staff are friendly and professional. Try Gio;s crab cakes..Amazing.
Bottle water is not provided in the room. It would have been nice even if I had to purchase it. Stop by a grocery store on your way in,
Carlos, the manager, and staff were very attentive to help in every way. They went out of their way to make our vacation time at Club Seabourne special.
Location and warm hospitality. Knowledgable manager was able to guide us to places of interest. Excellent recommendation for dining new restaurant coconuts!!!!
All was acceptable.
Loved this property. Excellent location and very warm staff. Beautiful surroundings and ideally located. Great hotel for a peaceful vacation with close proximity to the beach and area restaurants. Would definitely go there again.
Room could have been a little larger. But overall a great experience.
Cozy nice staff. Good breakfast
View off the deck of the bungalows was very pretty. Sunrise was nice so I took some pictures. That was about it. I'm sure there must have been other nice things but I wasn't able to stay an enjoy them.
When I arrived I called from airport to let them know I would go for lunch (since they didn't serve lunch at the hotel). They said fine call us and we will pick you up. They picked me up and after checking in she pointed up the hill and said "second on the right". Each bungalow is 2 units so she meant the 2nd unit of the first building on the right not the second building....ok finally found the right room. Go in and no open windows, no fan on and no AC on. Way over 80 in the room and very humid. I tried to get the ac controls to work and they would not. Back down to the office and back up with batteries for the romote ac control. Before that I was going to open up the windows and the sliding doors to the porch but guess what? NO screens anywhere. Back down to the office. They offered me another room where the ac worked and there were screens on the windows (to open at night for fresh air) but still no screen on the sliding door. I finally got settled in only to find out that the rest/bar was not open for the 3 nites I was there. That was important to me as I was traveling alone and did not want to have to walk or take a cab for my evening meal. They made no mention of this when I called about lunch from town. There are very few choices to eat in town and I was looking forward to relaxing at the pool and being able to get drinks and food. Now I would need to schlep into town for 2 meals a day!. The price of $278/night made this the most expensive place I had planed to stay while in Puerto Rico. $278/night are you kidding? I couldn't get phone service or internet in the room or in the office so I borrowed their phone and booked the first flight out of there the next morning. Went back to old San Juan and stayed at the lovely El Convento Hotel for $245/night.
I loved how secluded the location was. Very comfortable rooms. The view of the bay was amazing. Also how friendly and helpful the staff were. The resturant on site the was excellent. Definitely exceded my expectations.
That we had to leave so soon.
Culebra is small enough that it took about 5 minutes to drive to town. Even the farthest beaches could be driven to in about 20 minutes. The room was clean and had a very juice seating area. The balcony was a good place to dry wet clothes and to sit with a beer and watch the wild chickens wander about. The staff were helpful, although sometimes you had to wait for them to come back. They loaned us beach towels (had to get beach chairs elsewhere), answered questions, and were very organized.
The food was edible, but not fantastic.
THe boutique style hotel and the view and grounds. Also they gave great beach/pool towels, nice and big and colorful.
