Almost everything else. Our room #102 was very dark and did not have an outside window. The breakfast facility was not very good. Overall very expensive for what was supplied.

Situation in the area of Condado closed to Restaurants and shops ,but in a quiet street is very convinient.Breakfast for American ( poor ) Standards acceptable.Good Matresses and good pillows .Nice staff.Good Japanese Restaurants in the area ( Ashford road ) like Cherry Blossom.

Old run down Hotel in bad shape.Worse than a Confort Inn on the usa main land.Very bad relation Quality/Price.We paid $ 130.-/night incl. Tax and should cost not more than $ 65.- Looks like owners does not invest anymore in maintanence.

Could not control A/C, sometimes too cold, sometimes too warm. No frills room, no refrigerator, coffe machine disgusting. Vending machine in hotel not operational, cant even get water.

Really loud AC. Thin walls. Bottom sheet was not fitted and was MUCH too small for the bed. Wouldn't tuck in at all. POOL WAS DISGUSTING, and COMPLETELY IN SHADE. REALLY?????

the floor in the were to cold u had to wear shoes in the room all the time,wold of preferred carpet. breakfast was not to out expectations and could have been a way lot better. .

The facility need more TLC. A little paint here or there. Also your cleaning staff need to do a better job. The first room that we stay in smell like cigaret I now that the person that clean the room had to notice that, we have to ask to change our room. The bathroom had mildew and this happen in both room that we stay in. The hotel is a good hotel, this is the third time that we stay in your hotel the location could not be better. but it is sad that little things like these affect the opinion that your guests have of your hotel.

We reserved a king size bedroom and got two double beds. I stayed at the one bedroom suite which was nice and had a nice view of the Condado Lagoon.

On the suite I payed twice of what would be a normal king size room rate because the room description on the internet states it had a microwave and a fridge. When we got there the terrace was dirty and there was no fridge nor microwave in the suite. The TV in the bedroom was not working. The bathroom is small and unfinished. They renovated the room furniture but not the bathroom.

Comfort Inn is strategically located and provides a great get-a-way location for the business and leisure traveller.

Not enough parking area for the hotel guest who have a car.

The bed wa comfy, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast was well stocked. I didn't expect eggs and sausage, but it was a nice treat.

The hotels starting to show it's age. We stayed in room 504 and it was obvious that the ceiling was touched up with mismatched paint. It looked a little ghetto. """

Location was excellent. You can walk to the beach. Breakfast is included but not great. Staff was friendly. Parking was very congested .

Convenience. It was a good location. Rooms are very simple and I only came across 3 employees. Good place to stay if you are on a budget and just need a place to lay your head down at night.

Rooms were small, AC kept room cool but very humid which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. There was a small amount of black mold or mildew in the bathroombut there were definite traces of it in the hallways by the AC units. I did not like seeing some of the room doors had it's paint peeling or peeled right off. It look a little run down.

I Like that the hotel was very clean and that the staff was very nice.

I did not like the breakfast really. It was all artifical food. However at least they offer something. For me i did not really care about the breakfast as i usually go out for breakfast. Also the only thing with the room was that door needs to be painted I stayed in room 206 and that outside door paint was falling off. Also the windows outside needs to be clean. All in all it was a nice hotel and i will return.

I do not like AC, but the windows did not open so it was a little uncomfortable without AC but no window or fan as alternatives.

We found this hotel with a flash deal with booking.com, the hotel for that price is good although the breakfast could be better (regular price I will rather to stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel).....so for the flash deal price, yes, very good hotel.....the location is very good if you dont rent a car..... The bed was excellent, extremaly comfortable the pillows a plus. The staff in the morning (Carlos and Alberto) great guys, they help you with absolutely everything with an smile and professional manner, the lady in the afternoon, not crazy about her, they should try another type of person in front desk she is not the one for that type of job. Overall, good for the money with flash deal. Ask how to have access to Jacuzzy in nearest hotel.

Comfortable and spacious room with wifi and cable television. Excellent shower.

My room had a (rather thin) door to the room next to me so I could literally hear what the guests next to me were saying/doing.

The staff was incredibly gracious. They went out of their way to assist us in an unfamiliar town, going above and beyond what could be expected.
