Everything about Conrad was awesome. We strongly recommend it to all of the viewers. First time in San Juan, we had a great time at Conrad. The staff was super nice and the place was super clean.. What's not to like about Conrad? Everything was great!

The staff is really the only thing this place has going for it The room needs some TLC and the shower leaks....to the point the floor was wet after one person took a shower. The tiles on the floor were cracked and the room was not ready for us to check into until 4 PM!!! And then the maid tried to come in to clean at 8:30 AM!!! come on people! I would not stay here again for the price.

I liked the swimming pools, bathrooms, and starbucks. It is a very regular hotel and a bit pricy for what you get. The location is not the best, there are others hotels that are better located in the same area.

I like my room. It was clean and the view was fantastic. I didn;t like the hotel staff. At the reception everybody needs a cash deposit extra room charge. They send the security into your room and they shout your room for nothing without give a phone into your room to fix any misunderstanding.

i liked everything about my stay at the Conrad. the staff are friendly, easy-going and helpful. hotel facilities are excellent and everywhere you may need them. you'll have so much of everything you need, just make sure you go outside to meet the locals and eat their food. i don't blame Puerto Ricans for being so proud to come from such a place. i could do without the casino, but it's easy enough to ignore. have a mango daiquiri by the pool and slow down to 'island speed'.

This was my second stay this year at the hotel. I had the luck and pleasure of being tended to by a woman by the name of Marisol at the front desk. A couple of issues arrived while my stay there and she rectified the matter immediately in a courteous and professional manner. She is definetly an asset to the Conrad hotel. Because of her prompt actions, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. Thanks Marisol who ever you Are!

My objective was to visit P.R. in a relaxed but energetic atmosphere. The Conrad has great recreational areas and awesome views of the ocean near the pool area. I noticed how clean and beautiful the grounds were kept. The mini mofongo was excellent... Our thanks to the chef and very warm staff. The Conrad had a lot of things to do within the resort, including several pools, casino, bars, restaurants, etc. Prices of food and beverages were quite high. Also, housekeeping came around at 9am most days, which is early when you're on vacation.

Me Gusto pero pienso que pueden mejor.Pienso que por ser joven cita me trataron indiferente y eso no me gusto alas personas que no hablaban español los trataban mejor.Pero la ubicación es muy buena a un minuto de la playa. Que por verme joven me trataron indiferente no me ofrecían sus servicios y eso me molesto mucho ya que yo al igual que todos los que estaban allí pague.

O quarto e bom e limpo O Hotel na verdade é um grande cassino. Cheguei as 11h da noite e não consegui nem um copo de leite, somente indo ao cassino. Local de grande movimento de pessoas para o cassino e festas particulares.
