Warm water in the pool, comfortable.

I take my room x 2 days, and at the first day my card to open the door wasnt working, i needed to walk to the counter, to they fix it. They must program for the days that we will stay.

I like that the room was clean. My room was near the elevator and extra charges fro parking.

Did not like the fact that the hot water took five minutes to get hot.

Location.

I did not like the fact that both beds were lumpy and unleveled. I did not like the fact that there was no sanitary paper when we got there and after asking kindly for some it never got there so we had to go to common restrooms outside the room in the middle of the night. I did not like the level of noise the A/C made vs the cool air that came out of it.

La habitación estuvo limpia, con todos los detalles que esperaba yo.

El personal del hotel debería tener una capacitación más amplia en cuanto a la comunicación con los huéspedes. Hay que aprender que el cliente no sabe instintivamente las políticas del hotel, sino que el mismo personal se las explique.

Generalmente es bueno, tranquilo y de relajación. Ambiente para disfrutar en familia.

No tiene playa accesible.

Ambiente familiar. Excelente restaurant. Buena piscina.

La asistencia del personal es exdelente y la ubicacion del mismo. Deberian dar un mapa con puntos turisticos y direcciones de restaurante y otros.

Todo estuvo bien.

Es un hermoso hotel.. Me encanto mi hijo y sobrina se lo gosaron en cantidad en la picina de niños, hasta yo y mi esposo nos tiramos x las choreras jeje.. Es un hotel super familiar y eso fue lo mas q me encanto x eso vuelvo el 15 de febrero..

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Asensor fuera de servicio.

Me gusto todo, El trato fue muy bueno de parte de los empleados,especialmente del Restaurant RB.

Since we get there we didn't find any brochures for the amenities of the hotel. Looks like impersonal hotel.

Children's pool

Location, rates too high for the amenities offered, just one restaurant and the food was not good, the security staff made us feel as if we were criminals only because we wet the floor after coming out of the pool; and they treat people very very rude, the air conditioning is extremely noisy we could not get a good sleep, and also broke down in the night and was very hot. To go for one night/day for business may be a fair place, but to go for 4 nights 5 days as we did, too bad place. I would not recommend this army building as a hotel. Waste of money.

Excelente, muy comodo

good food not so expensiv nice friendly staff and clean.

a big party loud on the road and on our level until late after 12 pm (st.patricksday).....
