Location felt unsafe.
cleanliness friendly staff Noelita flexibility around use of facilities kindness around coffee
lack of drawers/storage space size of fridge
For my part the hotel is perfectly clean and comfortable acsecible having excellent price, I recommend it, a great time and would return anytime very good location.
The room was modern and convenient and close to everything we needed (including a laundry mat and Walgreens within walking distance). The hotel was also very close to the beach and the airport.
There was lots of noise (i.e., people yelling at nearby club) until early in the morning (about 4 a.m.).
I liked that it was clean and EVERYTIME I seem the staff they were cleaning.
I didn't like the loud music at night which made it hard to sleep. I booked this room on booking.com and they gave me a total price and then I hit to the hotel and they charged me a different price(more). I wasn't to happy with that considering I got the room because of the cheap price and if I knew they were going to charge me extra then I would of went somewhere else more comfortable where they wouldn't charge $25 if you walk out with a towel or $200 if you accidentley break a remote. There is no parking so I had to park down the street at a parking lot and pay $5 which was ok but then I noticed a big empty parking lot in the back of the hotel that is not being used. There isn't a elevator and I was on the third floor with 5 huge luggages tugging them up and down which was very inconvenient. I became lost in the area at night and was afraid because this place is surrounded by a lot of abandoned businesses and homes and night clubs. I will not return with my children. It was very noisy with loud music because of the nightclub right across the street.
Great hotel love the hospitality and I will recommend to family members and friends.
There was nothing i didn't like.
The Dreams Hotel was very well maintained and clean. It is a beautiful medium size hotel that has been renovated. My room was comfortable, beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a bit out of the way in an area that is a bit run down. Great value for the money.
Staff was wonderful.
No parking , is located in the middle of restaurants and the day we checked in it was a huge party in the streets made it difficult to find parking I did not like this
People who worked there were amazing. Close enough to the beaches but far enough from the touristy areas.
Parking was an issue, but manageable.
The location is great, lots of college student milling aroud. The staff is very helpful so ask them about places to eat, how to use the train station. Everything worked perfectly, including the much needed A/C
The towels need to be upgraded, the current ones are pretty ruff. Expect some crowd noise late Thursday night as the college students do not have Friday classes
the owner very good the price
Great price. Free parking. Very clean room. Cold and AC and TV with cable. Staff very nice at check-in.
Some noise in hallway at all hours. Beds were rather hard and uncomfortable. Towels had seen better days. Parking lot is tiny and pretty sure we got side-swiped while parked overnight. Not the hotel's fault...just something to be aware of.
No room telephone, nobody bother to come or ask for cleaning room, only two staff available at one time one on reception and one in the whole hotel. Breakfast very much poor, better not to offer.
Closeness to airport
Complementary breakfast not many choices
The location and its was too noise.
The towels were dirty, I had to call their attention to that fact, they did replace them. The replacement were clean but so ragged that they should have been used for rags. The hot water ran for a long time before it got to be luke warm. No closet in the room, just a little shelf rack to hang 4 garments. No chair in the room, room size small, it smelled of mildew. The air-conditioned was controlled so it didn't become very comfortable. They have no elevator, walk-up steep narrow steps. Open hallways, not air-conditioned.
the location and the price. Was over priced
the staff were very nice and politealso very helpful if there was a problem.
only one problem my AC leaked water on the floor...
The owner and the employees were attentive and the hotel was clean and well-kept. The hotel was simple and straightforward, a clean and neat room, comfortable bed and great AC.
I didn't like the fact that my information was kept in a small box on the front desk. I would think this should be kept under lock and key.
No tiene desayuno
Good location for its proximity to food, entertainment and public transportation. Room was nice and clean.
Very noisy -- the review which suggested bringing earplugs and plan to use them is a good one! -- and I don't even think you could call the offerings for a 'continental breakfast' that -- a FAIL for the continental breakfast.
Location, free parking, staff willing to help, and easy to communicate.
Wall AC was noisy. The breakfast needs improvement. Booking.com charged me more than the regular price of the room.
The value of the room was pretty good, and I enjoyed the variety of restaurants near by. The woman at the front desk was pretty great when I got there- she was very friendly.
The room had paper-thin walls and I could hear people running around all night. Also, the taxi ride to and from the airport was a little on the expensive side due to the toll bridge in between.
Only one block from my daughter's dorm at University of Puerto Rico; very nice staff and sweet people all around
No hot water spigot at sink, difficult to figure out how to get hot water in shower, no shampoo or toiletries, service infrequent & even when room was serviced, no extra toilet paper roll was left or anything useful. Construction noise daily 8 am to 4 pm; Thursday night, loud young adults partying in first floor courtyard / lanai area of Dreams til 4 am though SEVERAL guests asked them to be quiet. Calling front desk, they were nice but ineffective at managing noise level. Hard to feel that inexpensive hotel was a poor value, but it definitely was....
