Score from 47 reviews Very good
Just a 5 minute walk from Fajardo Bay on Puerto Rico’s Atlantic Coast, the Fajardo Inn is surrounded by attractive grounds. It offers 2 great restaurants and a 25-meter pool with a whirlpool and...

In the middle of tropical gardens on the edge of El Yunque National Rainforest, this eco hotel features Caribbean architecture, panoramic island and ocean views.
Score from 114 reviews Very good
This resort sits on a 300-foot bluff overlooking the ocean. It has many attractions, including a private island, the Coqui Water Park, and the Arthur Hills 18-hole golf course.
Score from 24 reviews Wonderful
The park-like outside, the views
Bathroom filthy, furniture 30 or so years old, parking not easy, charge of $40 per day for facilities which is not included in booking price, only one restaurant of mediocre quality open that day in the upper part (we were told another one was open in the harbor), poor quality of waiting staff
Beautiful gardens, ocean views, golf course and a fun funicular. Very helpful staff.
Took a little too long to check in. Self parking lot could use some maintenance.
Palomino Island. Huge bathrooms. Convenience stores within the resort.
Over-priced food. Improve your food quality to match the prices. I know it's a huge resort with about 1,400 staff to pay but.... The steep price would be tolerable if food quality (taste & portions) matched it.
I really like how big resort is. it has everything in it and it is very convenient. the stuffs are friendly and infinity pool is very beautiful but it charge money. restaurant is good.
the room and other equipment is too old.
Everything, the spa was awesome.services and courtesy were excellent.
Lack of food that make you feel you are in Puerto Rico.Everybody likes puertorrican food that is why they go to Puerto Rico.
The view, employees are very friendly, clean, room are clean and beautiful.
Pillow too low and soft hurt my neck. Not enough choices of food at palomino Island. We were not told the restaurant at palomino Island opens at 11:00am. We were staving when we got there.
We had a relaxing night here. A lot of reviews focus on whether their steak dinner was perfect, etc. What we found were beautiful pools and breathtaking views from every angle. The quite offseason grounds made for a relaxing stay. Resorts have their downsides but if you go in knowing it's a resort you can enjoy its unbeatable landscape.
Predictable resort food that was so so (upscale was better)
Bus boy services and transportation drivers.
Maintenance, no night entertainment, too expensive, not worth it. Couldn' rest during day. I won't recommend this ghost hotel.
The Water Park Palomino The Hospitality The Pools The Gardens The view from my room The food And palomino again
Everything here are excellent! Love the view! I stayed here for two weeks and didn't want to go!
Please put a light in the wardrobe!
The color of the ocean...gorgeous blues. It felt magical.. The kids loved it.. We loved it..
That we had to leave.
our room was fabulous - clean and spacious a super comfy bed and a small fridge the pools were wonderful - and a hot tub under the stars - brilliant the golf course was spectacular the small supermarket had a nice selection of snacks, drinks and food
the restaurants were super expensive
We liked that it had the opportunity to go to palominito island. • The staff was very nice • We liked the beds and the spacious bathroom, closet and the toilet had its own room. • The gift shops.
I think that for this being a 5 star resort these little things should be taken care of •Didn't like that one of the monorail wasn't working and it took us around 45 min to get to the top and their is no other way to get to the top. • I asked for a ocean view and I had a boat blocking the view for pictures and it was uncomfortable to open the curtain and just have that view. • there was not enough shampoo and conditions and there was 3 girls with long hair. • the refigeeator Wasn't working properly (didn't cool well) • the coqui water park is advertised part to the rate it wasn't announced that you need to pay to go in. • not enough pillows • the game room games were malfunction.
The check-in process was smooth. Corey was our check-in host and he was excellent and very accommodating, wanted to make sure we were happy. Our room and view was beautiful. The hotel is very clean and kid friendly. The trip to Palomino Island was awesome. All the employees were friendly and catered to our every need. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will definitely return in the future.
Although the food was good it was a bit pricey. .one cafe actually inside the hotel included their own tip calculated into the bill which I thought was a little odd..later found out by a hotel employee that's illegal to do. Cafe was located in main building. Another issue was that we were having a family member come in and visit for the day and we were told by concierge no charge but were then charged $40.00 to register her..which was odd as she wasn't spending the night.
The staff and facilities were superb!!
Everything was to my expectations!!
The view, the hotel design, the food.... Everything!!
Check-out time was too busy... We waited for the valet service for 45 mins... It rook us an 1 1/2 hrs to checkout because it was so busy!!! Also, couldn't make it to the park or Palomino because of the waiting lines... Only one boat and funicular were working...
There is a lot to do at the resort and nearby.
Rooms very old. Hotel was booked to capacity. 1 ferry wasn't working. Lines were incredibly long. Never got to see private island due to the wait in excess of 2 hours for ferry. Due to ferry not working water park was too crowded. Checked out two days early. Not worth the money.
That you don't have to leave the compound. There was alot of amenities.
The bathroom in the room.
view was great Palomina Island was great
prices were too high not enough variety in food cart up and down to room was a pain parking validation was a pain too many kids
Scenery and natural surroundings. The landscaping crew has done a great job.
Bartenders at palomino island were rude and seemed to favor locals over other guests. We were treated like we were invisible Everything was over priced. It reminded us of Atlantis property. We were in the marina section and there is only one way to get to main hotel..the tram. If it breaks (and it did) you will waste a lot of time waiting. As a matter of fact, waiting is common- waiting on waiters or bartenders, waiting on trams, waiting on ferry to carry you to beach....lots of wasted time.
Everything except the food prices.
Good and beverage cost
I like the view of the room.
Nothing to do!!!!!!!!!! For the price I paid, I feel my wife and I did not enjoy our stay. I was shock we had to open a tab just to be able to use the billiard tables. Everything was about making money. We were not happy at all with this hotel. You should go to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and learn what great service is all about. I was force to go out every day just to find something to do. I will not return to this facility ever, nor will I recommend it to anyone of my friends and family. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
Activities nice and very important
This is fantastic resort.. The private island " Palomino" was my favorite thing... We will return to this hotel with our kids...
