The room big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, excellent. The area to the pool and to the beach breath taking. My room didn't have information about where to eat. Couldn't find a place to have a nice snack. Couldn't find ice all the ice stations where out.

The breakfast was excellent. People where nice, some kind of rude but for the most part they were nice. The beach is beautiful considering we had the ocean front red level room. For the money that we paid, I didn't feel that it was valued to that. Considering we had the best room "for our honeymoon" the best room wasn't exactly the best! For such a large shower you get a tiny shower head, how can we romantically shower together because it was next to impossible. The TV quality was very poor, and we kept having problems with our channels/signal. Again back to the value of the room and the money we paid, the only thing included was breakfast in the morning. Happy hour from 5-8 and appetizers from 5:30-6:30. All the restaurants were way! overpriced and in my opinion since we had such an "expensive" red level room, you would think "red level" guest get 10% off or something? We only had one server who was an absolute amazing person that I can even remember his name. His name is Noelle "serving at Namis" and I recommend him by far. All the rest of the restaurant servers we felt just pushed and pushed and pushed us to try and spend money in a way that we both felt very uncomfortable. The supposing red level pool that is only for red level guest has a nice set up but I didn't like also for "the price we paid" we ordered food only for it to be taken out of a cooler that's been sitting there all day! My husband and I personally will not stay there again if these changes aren't made and or the rate of the resort goes down to its "real" worth. All in all our honeymoon was great for what we made out of it.

Fairly close to the St.Regis (had a wedding to go to) the beach view, lobby and lounge area looked inviting. Rooms were aproximately an hour and a half late. But they offered no compensation for the lengthily delay and we were refused when asked if we could check out later. Staff was not friendly. Did not give us proper information on services, and areas we were allowed to be in. Went to the pool area right in front of our villa and were told we needed to go to the "regular area". This was a chock to all of us since there was nothing we saw to visually diferretiate that pool being of a higher standard than the main pool. No servers. During the 3 days spent at the pool I saw no one mimicing a server taking orders around the lounging beds, taning chairs or common areas at the pool. Long lines at the bars at the pool area. Seemed like we spent allot of time trying to get a beverage or something to eat. A massive amount of fruit flies covered the bar and food area by the pool. Ice machines were far and few in between. No bathrooms within close range of the pool. You had to hike to the loby, childrens playground, or a restaurant. Mildew smell as you entered the room. Bedding, and furniture were worn to the point of no return. Frayed pillows, broken arm on sofa bed. Ciggarette ashes in the balcony. This was Memorial Day weekend yet activities in the pool area were lacking. Just a dj at the pool prompting everyone to login on social media to post they were having a good time for a free drink. Music was good but the dj seemed to have a hard time fading out the explicit lyrics of many popular songs. I would definitely not spend a dollar at this place again.

The resort itself offers a lot of space and is very well maintained. It is big but due to the fact that all of the buildings are two storey max you dont't get the impression to be in a storage for tourists. It is certainly a good location for golf afficionados. The princing policy is defintely debatable. The room prices for a spacious but no super luxurious room are hefty. But you never pay what you see but 25% more. 14% resort fee (for what? There weren't nearly no watersport offers, the hotel beach was permanently closed during our entire stay) plus 11% tax plus15 $ per day for parking are definitely too much. This is simply no good value: No efficiencies, no kitchenettes, not even a fridge in the room. The y try to force you to eat in one of the resort's restaurants but don't even display menus.

Staff did a great job since we got to the hotel, they were very nice. The experience starts just right at the lobby. The hotel decoration and atmosphere is definitly one that everyone will enjoy. The rooms were incredibly good and spacious. If you visit the hotel, you got to take time and visit the pool area... Nothing to say here! Great experience over all...

I loved the theme and decorations, everything was beautiful and well taken care of. there were various issues with the staff and service. First, when we arrived and got to the room, it wasnt ready, so they had to accommodate us into another which wasnt much better. Then we asked for more coffee and it arrived 45 mins later after calling twice. last but not least, we didnt get any new towels or anything else in the room because they never came to clean in 3 days! We couldn't believe it...

Great main facility- entryway, sitting areas; Excellent pool and right on a beach, though narrow. Rooms were more like garden apartments, not as luxury as would be expected from entrance and had ratty throw pillows, sagging couch, and musty smell, even in the second room we were moved to. Room service was slow.

Very well maintained and clean. Nice pool. In resort dining was expensive and quality ranged from good to quite bad (beware microwaved noodle dishes with dead vegetables and super sweet soy in Asian fusion restaurant).

Nice location, beautiful sun set Too busy, lots of broken things in room: air con. Tv. Ipod connector..slowest room service on the planet. Not enough room in restaurant for breakfast. Or in restaurants for evening meals. Too expensive. Not 41/2 star service by far...will never go again and can't recommend!
