good place & swimming pool
The Friendliness of the staff and how they were able to give information about area attractions. The cost was very good for a family traveling.
To be perfectly honest the beds were ok to me not a good nights sleep.
Everything the room was so cleaned and the bed so soft and firm. The food was great. We had a free two hour of happy time at the pool area. The location takes you to the beach, and WOW what a beach. The airport is 10 minutes away.
That we only stay one night! The price was high for one night, but I didn't like is the hotel fee of 30 dollars more on top of the price.
Love the location staff and ambience
Front dest guys were very efficient and service oriented. Pool, hot-tub and fitness room are great. Breakfast is very nice. Coffe tea and cold water water are served in the lobby 24/7, really nice. A nice evening reception with light food and drinks every evening.
Wifi passward only valid for 24 hours. Needed to re-connect everyday. Location is not on the beach, but just 7 min walk.
I like that the hotel offered free breakfast because food is expensive in Puerto Rico. In addition the location of the hotel was excellent. Also the food at the pool was really good.
Even though the rooms were clean I think the bathrooms could use an update around the bathtub and sink there was that black mold or dirt not sure what it was. Also the drinks at the pool were expensive for the size of the drink you were getting. I paid eight dollars for a six or 8 ounce drink.
Breakfast Free drinks, snacks and messages during happy hour Towels and chairs provided to use at the beach Staff helpful and friendly
Location is not right on the beach, about a 10 min walk, but we did know that ahead of time
Great hotel Suites well appointed Pool and bar lovely Plenty restaurants close by Beach close by
This hotel staffs some of the friendliest & accommodating people. I liked that they greeted us in the hallways as we passed them by. They were very helpful providing information. The rooms were nice and well soundproofed since the airport is close. The bed was very comfortable and clean and they supplied Nuetrogena toiletries. The breakfast area was really clean and plenty of room to move around. They also had a little store that provided sundries & snacks.
Aesthetically, the outdoor area was really nice but it is very noisy since the airport is nearby. It's hard to relax when you can hear the sonic boom of a plane take off every 10 to 15 minutes. The customer service of the bartenders out by the Tikki hut was awful. We were there for 5 days and went to the bar almost every night. Not once did the bar tenders there smiled or exchange pleasantries. They were very short with us when we asked them to change the channel on the TV. The older of the 2 men was rude and treated us like we were bothering him. After asking about changing the channel on the TV, he said the remote control was lost then didn't even ask us for our order. He wouldn't make eye contact and proceeded to take the orders of the people who came after us. I would think that if your income depended on tourism, you would want to keep the customers engaged in your world. This was just bad customer service. When I asked the front desk if the bartender was an employee, they told me that they sub out the outdoor work. My husband & I told them about our experience and they recommended we mention it in our survey. The only other negative mark I would give them is that they use powdered egg mix for their breakfast.
Free breakfast and spacious room and great service from everyone.
This hotel is ideal for a 1 night stay before catching a plane. Tea and coffee was free and constantly supplied in the dinning room. Happy hour - drinks were free
Aircraft noise - but only by the pool the interior of the hotel was very well insulated
I go to PR often to visit my family. I have stayed anywhere from B&B's, small Inn's to Suite's. None of them matched the quality I had here!!! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great, they had a band one night, they had free bar and snack another night and the pool side bar with grill was heaven!! I'll be staying here from now on!
We gather with family members to celebrate our parent 50th Wedding Anniversary near the hotel and had a great time. Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Would stay their again, very clean!!! Loved it.
They handle my reservation problem by giving me discounted rate on the room that was available.
Due to a late night flight arrival 3:00am and the property under construction. The entrance to the property was very hard to fine. Cab driver was unaware of the construction and thought it was closed. Had to carry my own bags (4) from front of building around to the back of building. Also the clerk did not have the correct reservation name of my confirmation which caused more problems.
The location was great for us. The pool with swim up bar was great.
The rooms were wonderful; the bed was so comfortable after spending 7 days on a cruise ship I needed that. The staff were very friendly and the cabana food at the back of the entrance was some of the best I have ever had. This hotel was a very nice stay away from home and I will stay there again.
There is only one critique that I had and I think it is partly because I booked through booking.com, but I was unaware of any resort fees that I would be charged for. I would have liked to have known that up front.
From the décor to the staff I was very pleased. The rooms were clean, the staff was not only polite but very helpful with any requests I had. Its clear they aim to please I will definitely stay there again.
I would suggest some help to the person working the bar also works the grill and the orders are delayed.
Good food, clean rooms and friendly staff.
We were a group of 13 travelers occupying 4 rooms. Everyone loved it: the pools, the complementary wine and snacks in the late afternoon, the complementary breakfast.
The rain, which of course, the hotel had no control.
Very good service and the crew is very nice and professional
The pool working hours are 9am-9pm, you cannot stay there overnight
The employees were very friendly.
It was underconstruction, so the entrance was on the back. But, no biggie
Close to airport, arrived around 9pm, dark, taxi fee is 12 plus 1 dollar for each bag, put the small bags with you to save a dollar, about 5 minutes from airport
Hot computer room downstairs
Centrally located and helpful staff
poor or no wifi for the whole 5 night Very poor or no wifi for the whole 5 night stay
The staff was absolutely amazing. Adrian, Jose & Beatrice were all extremely helpful & made me feel welcome. It was a five minute walk from the beach. Good restaurants around the hotel. Whenever I return to Puerto Rico, I will absolutely stay there again.
Nothing! Enjoyed everything
