The beautiful view, the room and the outstanding food.

Nice pool, beautiful grounds, beach access, quiet, most staff are competent, helpful front desk.

Very slow restaurant service, billing errors on check out (another room's charges billed to our room), hard pillows.

The staff was very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the food was excellent. A nice touch is they provide you with towels, chairs,cooler and umbrellas for your trip to some of the most beautiful beaches I have been in the world

Beautiful cottages, nice pool, employees were helpful, clean property, food was good, quiet.

It is a ways out of the city, no beach access.

We loved most everything. Hard to complain about the location.

Our room could have been cleaner. There was a left over wash cloth hanging on shower, hair ball stuck to the shower wall and what looked like blood stain on the box spring sheet up by head of the bed. I'm not the complaining type so I didnt mention it to staff.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The site is very good, although there a big room for improvements to make this place really lovely!

I am not sure how much you can trust these people (management, not staff)! Here is the example: When we are out travel, especially out in an unfamiliar world, we are reminded to keep your valuables safe. This is the reason that many hotels have a locked safe box in the guest rooms to give you a peaceful mind. This hotel does have safe in their hotel rooms. In fact, they give you a separate key for the "safe" in addition to your room key. The ironic truth is that not only the safe key can only the "safe", the room key and any key can. You don't have to push the key even half way in. In fact, you don't even need a key at all. A knife blade, paper clip...anything can open your safe, where you are told to keep your valuables!!!! Also, when we booked our room on booking.com, the claimed there were only 1 room available and we have to pay $160/night +taxes. We found out when we arrived that there were many more vacant rooms that night and they were offering $100/night for "upgdaded" rooms. They insisted we pay the much higher rate ($180-190/night).

The hotel is in a great location, with amazing ocean views and surrounded by spacious gardens. The pool is nice and the restaurant very good. It is svery relaxing.

The facilities could be better, E.G., the room did not have a fridge, a phone to call the front desk or internet connection. The shower did not work well.

The service from the staff, especially the bar tenders, was excellent. Also, we loved the infinity pool.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Adam was a wealth of information and fun to talk to. The food was very good. It was a great place just to kick back and relax and enjoy the view, a good book and meeting other guests.

I felt our room was just a little overpriced even with its fabulous view. It needed some updating in the bathroom.

Good location near Esperanza and the best beaches of Vieques.

Extremely overpriced. Terrible view of the ocean despite being ocean view. Not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

The accomodations were "get away" rustic but very comfortable and attractive and relaxing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful.

My wife and I loved the views and the on-site dining. We also appreciated how friendly and helpful the entire staff was to us, and how proactively enthusiastic they were about making our trip better. At every point, we felt like we were getting personal attention. We also appreciated that the online pictures and descriptions matched the reality of the Inn at Blue Horizon.

I am having trouble thinking of anything with which we were unsatisfied.

It is very quiet. The staff is very friendly. It was one of the most relaxing vacations that we have had. Wonderful place. We are going back in the spring.

Absolutely everything! The staff were amazing, and helped plan the entire trip. The Inn was spectacular, the grounds were beautiful, and the food was exceptional! I would highly recommend booking here, and hopefully we'll be back soon!

Excellent view and location. Boutique is very appealing. The staff was very good, the gm was excellent.

Not honest about various additional charges nor explaining well in advance about these charges. No one in hotel industry adds tips per day basis automatically,,they did. We wound up paying more than what we agreed on your web site due to all hidden charges. This was not fair nor an honest way to do business.
