Beautiful beach and pool. Everybody was super helpful and friendly, we will be back again for sure!

Beach could have been cleaned more consistently throughout the day. I guess people could also just clean up after themselves too... but having one staff member just on beach duty would have been great. That is the ONLY bad thing, and it wasnt even that bad, so...

The room was real nice

They charged my credit card to many times also there were hidden fees that need to be stated in advance.

The room the beach and the access to the beach and the gym.

The fact that we booked in January, and they could not find our booking, so we spent ages getting checked in. The lifts were also a problem. We stayed at the hotel twice and each time had to use the service lift. checking in staff not too friendly and long lines when checking in.

Family oriented.

Waiting forever at the front desk and for an elevator. Expensive.

Proximity to airport

Rooms were old and tired. Not as clean as we would expect from this chain. Very expensive. Staff was neutral. The first room we were given was not clean but upgraded to a different room.

Excellent location and facilities in general,very friendly staff,nice ambience.The japanese restaurant is recommendable, price- and quality- wise.

Small,old fahioned bath room ,towels quantity for swimmingpool use are limited and really small.The italian restaurant called Alfredo has nothing to do with "Alfredos" in Rome. Just the dishes have italian names, and the pasta was not fresh but sticky, tomato sauces are prepared with caned tomatoes,seafood were not fresh but deep frozen.Late check out cost is around 70 usd. Breakfast buffet cost is to high (33 usd including 15% servce charge) and poor in terms of quality an variance. After 7 days eating scrambled eggs,"home made" potatos oat meal,etc., Same kind of cheap fruits you get tired.

Great location with nice swimming pool and clean room. Beach is also very nice out there. Professional staff.

Room service did not bring what we order.

We had only one day to spend in San Juan and they could give us the key at 4 pm!!! They were late 4.45 and did not comply with our reservation : 2 inter connected rooms. We had to accept to have 2 rooms far from each one with 2 kids Nothing was done to cover their mistake!!!

Never again there, and do not recommend this hotel!

Everything but the staff.

The stuff. They were confused...they charged my card twice when I paid the rooms in cash.

It was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was located in a convienent location with plenty other services around the facility.

It was more of a family type with children hotel and we would have preferred a more adult atmosphere.

Esta cerca del aeropuerto, el hotel tambien tiene un excelente servicio de concierge, por ellos este hotel vale la pena.

El servicio de recepcion es totalmentemente lo peor en cualquier intercontinental, yo soy un nivel alto en el programa Ambassador, y no tiene linea dedicada, tampoco te reconocen como uno y estando el numero en el sistema. Por encima de esto este hotel ya tiene sus anos pero le falta varias cosas.

El internet hay que pagarlo así uno este el lobby. Se debe modernizar un poco mas las instalaciones. Sugerencias : Puertas automáticas en la entrada principal . Revisión de ascensores

La ubicacion

Las alfombras de las habitaciones y el loby tiene acaro, para los alergicos NO recomiendo ! Los precios de la noche no hablan de taxas,que incrementan casi 100 dolares por la noche.

Frukosten kostar 27 dollar per peson och dag. Med tanke på det så tycker jag att det serverades snålt, tex fanns det bara skivade tomater någon dag, dom andra dagarna fanns det inga grönsaker alls. Laxen fick vi besked på att man bara serverade på helgen (!?), men priset var densamma, med eller utan lax. Högt pris på Internet, 15.99 dollar per dag, och det gäller per unit!!! Så har man kopplat upp sig på sin Ipad och sedan vill in på telefonen får man betala igen, riktigt dåligt för att vara ett 5 stjärnigt hotel. Vill man in på Internet på Business Center kostar det 5 dollar första halvtimmen och sedan tickar det det på, att skriva ut ett A4 blad kostar 2 dollar, Dålig service fast man betalar ganska mycket för rummet. Den japanska restaurangen är inte att rekommendera!

Las instalaciones y amenidades

El servicio de los ascensores es malo. El desayuno estaba incluido y lo facturaron, tuve que reclamar para que lo descontaran, igual sucedio en los angeles, parece ser una practica de la cadena; sino reclamas te lo cobran.

Las facilidades y el area de la piscina son excelentes.

Muy bonito, buen servicio, los precios de comidas en sus sus restaurantes son buenos, me encantaron las piscinas con su toque tropical con cascadas, es el area de playa mas linda, sillas y servicio gratis, me encanto ese detalle,ambiente musical para bailar en dia de semana.tiene muchos detalles buenos para todos. Lo unico que encuentro es que el precio del parking para los huespedes es excesivamente caro,$27.por noche, puedes usar otro publico que te cuesta $20 o la estadia completa y caminar un poquito. Mejorar la calidad de la comida del rest. Frente a la playa porque el lugar esta precioso.

Tolle Lage, super Strand. Naehe des Flughafens (2 km) nicht stoerend. Unbedingt mit Fruehstueck buchen, sonst 27 Dollar pro Person. In der Naehe viele Restaurants. Parken nur gegenueber 20 Dollar pro Nacht. Grosser Supermarkt 1000 m, 24 stdn. Offen

Room was great - terrific location.

Included breakfast was fine but not as much selection as was expected. Some of the facilities (walkways etc.) were in need of cleaning and upkeep.
