Excellent suite with kitchen Terrific board room for teaching my class in Concierge was excellent Staff was amazingly accomodarting

The original room price was about 230 per night which I thought was a bit steep but was comparable to other hotels. This cost ballooned to 357 through some fictitious charges by the hotel - what is room tax when you're charging resort fee? And what is the mysterious 60$ additional fee which didn't show up on the receipt? If I had known earlier, I would have gone with better hotels, this place offers relatively little for the money they charge.

Friendly staff and very nice pool-area. Great view of the sea from our room.

We stayed the night between saturday and sunday, and there was a terrific noise from the park next door - bands playing and outdoor tv big-screen.

That I could not stay longer

Beautiful beach, top-notch exercise facility, food better than I expect from hotel food (especially La Perla, which has unique and interesting ambiance as well). Staff very friendly and helpful.

Food was pricey, especially breakfast.

The location was great.

We would have liked a indoor shower with changing area in the gym so that we could shower after checkout. We had 5 hours of dead time waiting to head to the airport, where we could have used the facilities and enjoyed more sun.

The location was excellent! The staff was friendly. I would definitely return.

The $50 resort fee was a bit much.

Cheap furniture in my suite Late day room cleanings

Our room--ocean view with a balcony--was clean and lovely, worth every penny. The swimming pools were easy to swim laps in if you timed it right. There is also a small adults-only infinity pool that's a nice retreat from all the kids at the main pool. The staff was abundant, helpful, and friendly. Service was prompt and competent: e.g. we had issues with the room's door, someone was there and fixed it in about 5 minutes. The gym is fabulous and also spotless (as is the whole place).

The resort was a lot bigger than we'd expected and at first a bit overwhelming with lots of kids and adolescents. Our room with the balcony and the adults-only pool saved us.

I love everything about La Concha. Especially the design it was awesome. Took some new ideas home with me.

The staff The style and design. The location is great. Every day since the day we arrived we were greeted by Félix, the friendlest, funniest, knowledgeable of great places, always with a big smile And always openning doors very very attentive of our needs. We love Félix And we will come back for Félix. :)

Just that a lámp was smoking.. Not sure if it was the light Bulb And it was hard to unplug. We told the help desk And they took too long we had to leave. We need faster service in those cases. It can be dangerous.

Price. Beach was clean. Staff is very friendly.

It is worn out. Beat up. Not "sophisticated or chic"; nor does it "set the standard for luxury" as the website states. Frankly it needs some degree of renovation if it wants to tout itself that way.

Everything was good . Breakfast is quite expensive but there are many options around the hotel.

Excellent corner room with view of the Pool area from balcony. Pool area gardens are beautiful. Staff so friendly and efficient. Great location to walk on a night.
