parking, location - street situation, did not feel that we got a good value for our money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I would definetley recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Juan.

Location was OK but it felt isolated by being adjacent to complex intersection of freeways.

The room smell bad and I think the floor carped needs serious cleaning.

Martin was so very helpful. He gave us bus numbers so we could get around town and back. he is polite, Funny, job oriented. Martin is an asset to the company. I would stay again do to his positive attitude.

We enjoyed the hotel for its location as a base for exploring Old San Juan for the first time. The staff at the desk were personable and professional and provided useful tips and advice for getting around as well as good restaurant recommendations.

Hotel Miramar is in a great location; close to beaches, and ports. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Desk Clerk Martin was the best; he gave us plenty of ideas for spending our time there and very helpful with our check in. I would definitely use this hotel again.

room was nice and comfortable. some really nice food in the area

there was essentially little to do without getting on a tour or public transportation

The hotel staff was accommodating and the price was reasonable...close to the beach area and only a 15 minute bus ride from Old San Juan!

We found a few dead roaches in our bathroom the first two days so hopefully hotel management corrects this problem...but you get what you pay for.

Very nice and helful staff. Cozy environment and very generous and confortable rooms. The area is calm and very well connected to Old San Juan. Excellent free Wi-fi and parking facilities.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to.

Your credit card machine for american express didn't work. the clerk said that out card didn't go though, When I got home and call the credit card company they said that nothing came over for me, I wasn't rejected. credit card company stated that your machine was working.

Shower was not functioning properly. Water leakage and drainage in the shower.

Nice people. Changed our room for another (with King Size rather than 2 fulls) without a fuss. Great bed, lots of pillow, and windows that open and air-conditioning that can be moderated at will. Good size bathroom.

Lobby is small and provincial.

Full breakfast vouchers. Valet parking service free.

It was next door to the building where I was working.

Appears to be a lay over for cruise ship passengers so there was a lot of noice in rooms which have paper thin walls. The location is not safe, verified because they lock the doors at night. Homeless people living on the street. During my stay, I was warned by my client not to walk around after dark. The price is a complete rip off for what is. They shut the bar at 10pm so unless you want to taxi somewhere, you are stuck in a miserable place. Never to return!!

Gabriel and Martin were very helpful.

Toilet was too close to the wall and uncomfortable.

Young man at check in was extremely helpful,including guiding me by phone to the hotel when i got lost driving in from airport. He also did he best to accomodate my confirmed room request.I believe his name is Gabriel.

The manager on duty was extremely rude ,unpleasant and nasty.I was rudely removed after moving in the room type i requested and had confirmed on the phone the night before my arrival.He made no attempt to kindly explain the situation.If i had been travelling solo I would have checked out immediately. I will not reccomend this hotel to friends.

Front desk staff was not friendly at all.Housekeeping was not done daily, had to ask for clean towels twice.Parking is also an issue.

The front desk & restaurant staff were vey friendly, professional, knowledgable & helpful. Housekeeping staff were courteous & did a good job.

The price was really very reasonable and the staff was incredibly helpful. A taxi was $13.00 to Old San Juan but the staff told us about the bus (incredibly simple...almost door to door!) right out front for only 50 cents!...and the stop is right in front of the hotel. The bus has it's own lane so it takes half the time of a taxi ride. Tips like that made our stay very nice. We had stayed in a beautiful b & b in Old San Juan, but this is equally convenient with that bus tip.

Not a very interesting neighborhood (not dangerous at all, just a little boring)...but easy to get to Old San Juan.

The hotel was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast included with our price. We would stay here again.

This establishment, while abit dated was clean and that is most important to us. They had a very nice rooftop area that we enjoyed.

Hotel Miramar had great value$ for one night. The location is familiar to me and the restaurants around the area are very good. The room was excellent and the services very good. In the future I will stay there again and want to recommend the Hotel Miramar to my family & friends.

The limited parking spaces were a mild inconvenience, but not a deal-breaker for me. I understand that the location of the hotel in a very desirable business area makes real estate very expensive to buy!

El hotel se encuentra perfectamente ubicado. Cerca del viejo San Juan y de Condado. Bonita zona con tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Aunque no tiene suficiente parking, el personal del hotel se encarga de ubicarlo cerca.

Hay que esperar como 30 min para que el desayuno este listo.
