Close to where I was going. Lots of different things. The wall of the pool looks dirty, so I did not use it. No ice, only if you pay and before 10:00 P.M. Rooms looks like the ones for a $20.00 motel. No iron, no drier, mirrors with black spots, shower faucets hard to adjust and floor unclean, toilet loose, ceiling patched up unevenly, some mouldings in need of caulking in the bathroom.

close to major roads no cold water in sink in bathroom, no ice machine and no working vending machine. No working washing machine.

I enjoyed the beach. The gardens were also pretty. The coffee was very good. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The food in the restaurant was not as varied or healthy as I would like.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff cleaned up after us. Beach was it bad condition with a lot of trash. No one was really friendly or talk to us and not sure if it was a language barrier or they did not like us or want us at the hotel.

One issue I had was the loud noise caused by the opening and closing of hotel room doors by other guests including my room. This disruption occured throughout my entire stay and would disturb my rest and sleep. I do recommend that this issue be resolved.

my husdand and I like the fact that there is A nice big pool and that staff members are very nice and friendly. we love the location as well one staff member from the front desk was never friendly or kind and was always on the phone.

Quiet and secluded. Restaurant has good food but in the evening horrible services. Waitresses all hanging out talking to each other and on cell phones. Had to stand up several times to get their attention. Breakfast was excellent in all aspects. Reception was excellent, especially Veronica! Poor service in restaurant in the evening. Room sink faucet plugged up. Shower valve dysfunctional. Toilet loose on mounting to floor. Bar on ocean extremely noisy late into the evening.

Situation, lieu agréable. Le resto est lugubre, même si le repas est bon. La plage est dans un état de laisser-aller déplorable. Nous avons eu du mal à obtenir une chambre à l'étage, alors que l'hôtel était quasi vide

Me gusto mucho el servicio! El estacionamiento gratis y siempre alguien ayudaba con alguna sutuacion. El primer dia no hubo agua caliente y que los ruidos de escuchan.

Todo me gusto, pero para llevar niños es fabuloso porq tienes la piscina frente al balcon de tu habitacion y es muy segura. Para descansar o para un fin de semana familiar NO TIENE PRECIO... Los cocos de las palmas en el estacionamiento.

Su ubicacion, sus alrededores estan bien limpios. El personal muy buenos. El precio es muy alto,un hotel tiene mejor precios que este parador, si uno esta una semana no incluyen desayuno,almuerzo ni cena. Los techos de los cuartos estan agrietados. El agua se iba.

el trato del personal muy efectiva, comodo precio de cena y desayunos, lo unico que recomendaria seria la puerta de entrada que pudiera cerra sin tener que casi tirarla muy ruidoso,pero por los demas me encanto al iqual que a mi esposa.

La piscina y la tranquilidad del lugar... Solo hay un area para fumadores y es fuera del hotel... Por las noches cierran la entrada y se utiliza la misma llave del cuarto, asi que tienes que dejar a tu pareja sin aire acondicionado o dejar la puerta pinchada con algo.

Das Hotel war ruhig und fast direkt am Meer gelegen. Leider konnte man dort nicht baden, weil es nach Aussage der Einheimischen zu gefährlich war. Es bot sich ein Naturstrand, an dem man spazieren gehen konnte und der während unseres Aufenthaltes von Unrat beseitigt wurde. Direkt am Strand befand sich ein Erholungsgebiete, wo wahrscheinlich Einheimische ihre Freizeit verbringen. Sehr hübsche Umgebung mit Palmen usw. Frühstück war konnte gegen Bezahlung eingenommen werden. Zimmer waren ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank und ab 5 h gab es kostenlos Kaffee in der Eingangshalle. Es konnte auch Kaffee im Zimmer gebraut werden, so dass man sich dort auch selber versorgen konnte. Wir haben von dort aus einen Ausflug in den Regenwald von Puerto Rico unternommen. Man war schnell dort und im Gebiet um Fajado gab es einen wunderschönen Badestrand. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort genossen.
