. No parking available on street...even to drop off passengers or suitcases; .Grim exterior and interior; . Reception desk on 2nd floor; . Locked steel gates giving access to rooms (makes one think of a prison!) . Lack of windows in rooms; . Centrally controlled AC; . Beige, beige, beige color everywhere; .Tiny bathrooms; . Steep rates for quality offered.

The hotel is located in the hart of the city which is fantastic. Also the room was great. Thanks much.

I missed the window in my room but again it is not that important to me.

No Window, No refrigerator, Burnt out bulb, no ice bucket, no telephone

Location in the heart of Old San Juan.

Walls are thin, you can hear the conversations of your neighbors next door. Our friends had a room above the street and it was very noisy.

Zentrale Lage des Hotels.

Zimmer relativ laut, da zur Straße. Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Keine regelbare Klimaanlage (nur zentral). Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit (auch nicht in der direkten Nähe des Hotels).

No cuenta con estacionamiento y hay que dejar el auto en la calle sintiendo inseguiridad.

l'épaisseur des murs et le fait que j'ai dü payer la premiere nuit contrairement a mes amis qui, eux, étaient au Chateau Cerventes. Du a la tempete de neige nous sommes tous arrivés une journée plus tard que prévu mais le Chateau n"a fait payé qu'une nuit a mes amis contrairement a S.J. Suites qui n'a démontré aucune ouverture....Je vais m'en rappeler

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt.

Keine eigene Klimeanlage (nur zentrale Klima). Kein Kühlschrank.

Bonjour! Premièrement, nous avons choisi le S.J. Hotel pour la proximité du port (quelques minutes à pied) Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le personnel. La chambre était propre et confortable. Dans l'ensemble pour passer une nuit avant une croisière c'est extra!

Un peu deçu de la chambre: pas de fenêtre, peu sonorisation et pas de contrôle de l'air climatisé (froid).

Hotel liegt super Zentral. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, aus dem Mann rausschauen kann. Nur eine Art Plexiglasscheibe, dadurch kam Tageslicht rein. Und es war sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten sauber. Für eine Nacht ok. Das Zimmer sah im Internet besser aus, als es überhaupt war.

Sencillo nada lujoso, tranquilo, bien ubicado, personal excelente, una buena alternativa como solo alojamiento, para conocer El Viejo San Juan. En términos generales, sencillo y agradable.

Podría mejorar en confort y en algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

The staff that helped us were the best I've encountered. We had some difficulties and they did everything they could to make it easier. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Not your fault, but we live in the country so it seemed very noisy at night.

It is close to the port and many fine restaurants.

The room was dirty and in poor condition. They forget to clean the room before they give it to another guest. They end up give me another room. No telephone in the room and no refrigerator. There is a central AC unit which cause the room to be very cold and you cannot adjust it yourself.

Nothing I was very disappointed in this hotel, I felt like it was an old bank or office building we had gates and a doorbell to let us in. The pleasure of someone walking into my room my first night there thank god I had the chain on as well. Because I was in bed in my pajamas. Never recomend this hotel to anyone in the near future.

The location was convenient.

They gave us a room without windows because we did not explicitly request a window. It was like a musty tomb, and the mattress was covered in awful plastic. You could not stop the ac and we were freezing the whole night. Their advertising is extremely misleading--they show rooms with windows but they give you windowless rooms (at an exorbitant rate, given the unpleasantness of a stuffy indoor room), and did not agree to change us to a room with a window. The manager was extremely hostile when we tried to voice our complaints in a calm and measured manner. I would not advise anyone to stay here unless you're absolutely desperate-- it's terrible value for your money. (Aside from the window fiasco-- there are only tiny cheap towels, the soap was already opened, etc.).

The AC was so cold that I got a sore throat . The AC cannot be adjusted is just freezing inside the room.

La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi dal porto e dalle meraviglie della Città Vecchia

Porte che non si chiudono dall'interno se non con una minuscola catenella che tutto da tranne senso di sicurezza. camere ghiacciate e non c'è la possibilità di controllare l'aria condizionata direttamente dalla camera,bisogna chiedere alla reception di intervenire
