Hotel Iberia - San Juan (伊比利亚半岛酒店 - 圣胡安)  

I love the location! Right near all the nightlife and clubs. Everything you needed for shopping. Little stores and Old San Juan is only 5 miles away. cute little hotel that is convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

No outlets in the bathroom.

The hotel was cheap and cheerful< easily accessible with parking

The cleaners didn't empty the rubbish bins when they came to make the room. This was important as the hotel requested that toilet paper be placed in the bin beside the toilet and not into the toilet. The floors were not cleaned either.

Close to public transport, close to beach, safe area, close to 24 hr supermarket

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. It was way over priced at 150$ for what we got: a very basic cleanish room. They only had a mattress on the floor available for my baby to sleep on as they had no cribs, even though I had requested one. The staff were not super helpful or available and we had to pay 20$ extra for the mattress. At least for that price there could have been breakfast included?

I would rate this room as 1/4 of a star. Somewhat like camping. no elevators and stayed on 3rd floor. Bathroom very antigue. WOuld not stay here again. Not up to standards. Fair regarding cleanliness

Friendly staff. Being next door to a 24/7 super market/deli was convenient, since no breakfast is served at the hotel. Parking was also convenient.

Bed was clean, but a bit stiff. Had to request ice from staff, which were not always in the office.

The staff was great. Very helpful. The location, excellent. Could take public transportation to go anywhere in the island. The facility was adequate and just love the terrace

The staff is incredible; very polite and friendly. lots of hot water, great view from the terrace and a great location, since is very close to el viejo San Juan. budget friendly if you are on a tight type of budget.

Extremely outdate. Though it has a very good location for a city trip or going to places, it was not as secure as a I thought, so I was a Little concern about coming back from meetings late at night.

No water pressure in the bathroom taking a shower was a joke, A/C made to much noise, You could hear everyones TV in my room and no cable had access to (1) channell

Chris is an awesome host. Very friendly and cares about his guests.

The owner was very friendly and informative. He waited up until 1am for us to checkin, when our flight was delayed, and always had advice and suggestions on where to go. He also provided us with space for bikes. Wifi worked great. The shower and air con both worked very well. The beds were comfortable. Very close to where we needed to be in Ocean Park

No breakfast, but there is a 24 hour supermarket next door, which does great food, so it's no problem.

Staff (Nicolas) was very friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciated their bringing up, and taking down, our luggage from the 2nd floor. Nicolas was also very helpful in identifying things to do in pr and offered to help us even after we left, telling us to call if we had any questions. Location next to a 24 hour grocery store was also very convenient.

It would be nice to have coffee and a light breakfast in the morning.

I liked the fact it was close to everything, nice staff, good facilities and actually quite clean and quite. I would recommend this hotel to others w/a big warning about the bed.

The Bed; the bed was terrible, I could feel the springs and it was dirty, dirty, dirty. Stained beyond belief. That was my only problem, nothing more.

It was in Condado near beach and shopping/casino/dining district. Staff was very friendly.

lot of noise (echo in halls), linens cheap. TV didn't work (turned on, but no connection to any signal), water pressure (on 2nd floor) less than 15 PSI for sure. No hot water.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. It's a nice place to stay if you're short on budget, but not a place for families.

The room was cramped up, AC didn't seem to be working too well. Also, the location isn't too convenient. The parking was very uncomfortable.. the platform is raised so our car's front bumper got grazed by it.

Dirty. Musty. Creepy. It was a busy weekend in SJ, but that does not mean that you do not change the sheets or provide more than a cheap bar of soap for this amount of money. Hostels provide more comfort. I will not recommend this facility. the bed had bugs

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel because of the comfort and information the staff so willing provided, the location - very close to Condado Beach and Supermax, and the area is a nice one to be in, whether you choose to spend time nearor in Old San Juan.

I was surprised to find a $20 price increase when I arrived due to two guests vs. One. Apparently they have a single person rate and a 2 person rate - new to me. Dated facilities, low water pressure.

Good price for 1 or 2 days . Close to good resturaunts and beach. We stayed after a cruise till we flew out of San Juan. Nice owner very helpful. Great AC in room . No AC in lobby etc. Not really a vacation destination hotel, unless on tight budget.

Very helpful staff, a very clean hotel. The atmosphere of the Puerto Rican full experience was shared by helpful hotel employee'S.. I loved how I would always feel at home, and peaceful..Knowing that everytime I needed help with finding a location I was given support from the hotel staff. The rooms were also very clean and loved the smell of the rooms.. The artistic style of spanish art was revealed around, as well as within the Hotel....

Mabe the parking was a little small, but it was good enough to have a great time in Puerto Rico...
